Hey Pat, I really appreciate your kind words of encouragement on this. The opening line of the song was pretty shaky but then I "dialed in." I did this song at The Dam Red Barn 2 or 3 times prior to performing at Savage's. I was avoiding singing it at Savage's Hill Country Bar and Grill because this is the bar owner's signature song (Trevor Savage). Treavor is SO COOL - he said he would "trade" me my song "Lady" (also by Styx) for his signature song for the night. Trevor is magnanimous and a gentle, low-key kind of guy.
