I'm kinda bummed that they nerfed the Black Widow, it was the only spider I feared even over the IFB. They got rid of resisting all weapon damage types and made her weak to sour. -_-'
is the one punch setup still valid with the new update?

A better change would have been to add elemental effects. Now you can just use sour and you'll never lose damage.

hi, so i know you've probably already gone there, but there is a cave underneath the field station east of the grill top on the small ledge between the picknick bench and the upper grasslands. its filled to the brim with ladybird larva (i advice taking a rusty spear with you for clearing it) and it gives about 40 larva spikes per spree, it also holds a few secrets ;) do with that information what you wish sir cade, and if you do end up going there, i hope you enjoy all thats in there
edit: i'd advice taking a level 7-9 mighty rusty spear (infection) and antlion armor (sizzle protection) together with a fire ant shield (block corrosion) the javelineer, natural explorer, coup de grass disection expert and buff loungs mutations
If anyone wants to make a sky base all you need is the clover awning since you can get rid of the bottom of the clover awning the top clover awning floats.

the sour battleaxe is soo op but its balanced because its pretty hard to get
As much as I love weapon changes and buffs. This update does too much to power creep so I hope that add new things to make late game difficult.
Yeah i used to always do medium.seemed like a perfect balance between easy and hard but now i might do woah mode.Its like they made medium mild mode and woah mode medium mode
@PicklePraiser totally, I looked at the changes and even woah mode got easier.
As someone who played alot of whoa before the update certain aspects were extremely unbalanced.
@@samstark568 fr i kinda like it tho.Woah mode was always almost TOO hard but now its like a hard mode with a hint of eazy so yea i love this update especially the elemental weapons
Weapons should be powerful taking into account how much you have to farm materials to upgrade from 6 to 9 all weapons. If i saw correctly he had level 7 sour battle axe.
Every weapon is good as long as u keep care of it

Hi Cade I don’t know if you already know it but if you got some Stuffed insects press E on them you get an little clover symbol in the bottom left corner and that means you get far more drops from this insect.For example you get 3-5 ephedra meat and at least 2 honeydew
I’m glad the grounded update is finally here and imcade is my favorite RUclipsr and I’m glad the RUclipsr trinket I gave him is working so I’m glad this series is still existing
Cade is one of the best RUclipsr in the world and he just makes my day everyday
Sour battle axe, the automatic elemental version of the Scythe of Blossoms, just slower
the scythe feels slower it feels the same speed as the other two handed swords and axes just no where near as much damage i used to love the scythe of blossoms but now? nah
The damage to the Black Widow was amazing.
Ok, NOW I find ok the fact that we can make raids of Widows.

I have no info to offer this time other than that the IFB’s armor and weapon got tweaked as well as the Apex predator mutation being unique for the Blaster Now. Also, you should take a knee for the Roly Polies and say “My Liege” when you see one, cause they’re the kings of the upper yard.

What editing software do you use?
You can put black widow fangs and venom into a waft emitter and do a black widow payback wave you should do that against you with the sour battle axe
I remember when the infected wolf spider would DECIMATE you but now you decimate the infected wolf spider.

Cade, you can go into your building radial and in the upper left is a chopping list that shows you what you need for all of the blueprints you have
You are able to do so well cause of high upgrades if you start from the beginning it would not be this easy
this isn't a playground code but in the wasp nest I found a wittle widowling charm and a shield reinforcer charm, the witle widowling charm gives me my own black widowlings as allies, and the shield reinforcer kinda speaks 4 itself (I got the wittle widowling trinket from Black widowling egg sacks)
Did Cade get wittle widdowling or not? I forgot. Also luv doing summon builds
If you us the sticky fingers or rascal rouge on infected wolf spider you get the volatile fang charm i forgot what it does
Equip coltana for parry then axe for damage
lets hope the parry glitch won't be in the final update

I swear the sour battle axe came out ages ago
For a sour axe build try using fire ant chest or legs with your current armour because corrosion means the enemy takes more damage and it works with chopper. Also use coup de grass and trapper peepr for crits and mom genes to boost your poison damage, hope this helps.

When you kill and underwater animal you get air instantly, that’s what I always thought the air bubble was.
Only works when killing diving bell spiders
Use the prod smacker it got buffed even more I killed the mantis In under a minute without any smoothies or buffs
My favourite weapon just got even more... favouritey.

The full set bonus gives a speed up after a kill, and a VERY nice health boost.

Cade get bulky fire ant guards bulky mantis legs and a sleek helmet of the mother demon to make the soir battle axe op
Make grub armor breastplate moth leggings and a marksman hat a crow crossbow and whatever enemy you wanna kill that day the appropriate effect arrow just hit a black ox burger and a good sleep before you eat though for the defensive buffs and stamina regen also max out all armor to do a absolute chunk out of enemies or bosses
Try to kill The Brute mother and the super brute mother and the wasp Queen with the battle axe

what makes sour weapons and sour augmented weapons awesome is that most enemies are weak, or lack a resistance to sour. you will mostly be doing base damage but at least you wont be dealing reduced damage, with the only exception I know of being the black widow, possessing a 75% resistance to sour. best to head up the mighty path on any stabbing, non poisoning weapon for the black widow

The great widow nerf of 2023
Love these updates and finally getting vertical walls was one of my final request. I don't think the damage is a problem as many seem to care about as you can handicap yourself for some reason, they added an enemy health multiplier, and you can fly through enemies for faster material collecting. Since I already have a multiplying resource mod it helps especially since I don't have all the time in the world to play this game.
