Mini Golden Oreo Cheesecakes👩🏾‍🍳

Hey yall! I made these simple mini cheesecakes over the weekend.
I added my cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract to my bowl. I mixed those until it was smooth. I then put one whole oreo in the bottom of each cupcake liner and poured the cheesecake mix over top. I let those bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. They chilled in the refrigerator overnight before adding the cookie crumbles on top.
Ingredients:
2 8 oz packs of cream cheese
2 eggs
2/3 cup of sugar
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
