Dude is 10000000% correct on every point. I have essentially stopped farming. Pvp matchmaking is so bad, I stopped all BG. Tempest is too op compared to other classes, it's pointless. And I'm not a class changing meta-centric de jour player. I'm just never gonna be.
So with now only being forced to bg on Mondays for shadow marks and the fact you can do nearly all pve content with fucked up shit gear - you don't even need one matching set of 2, why the hell am I gonna grind forever in dungeons or open world to get disappointing gear? I'm not and I basically have npt since ORIGINAL Hell 3. It's all cooked in 2 months' time max anyway.
Waste of life. Better to gem farm.
As for the market - Blizzard destroyed it with mandatory enforcing us to purchase lowest price gems only. AND Blizzard's PATHETIC inability to keep Susan and other plat/gem farming spam bots out of our world chat is simply untenable. It's shameful.
Lotta whales selling accounts right now. Blizzard keeps going to 1% of the players expecting their wallets, pocketbooks and bank accounts to be a bottomless source of revenue generation. It's a SHITTY BUSINESS PLAN. If Blizz hadn't been so fucking greedy from the getgo, they'd have millions more loyal players spending less per player but a more stable player base. Instead of yet another round of server mergers as the player base contracts again. Honestly, they're idiots. Just about any other gaming company would kill for Diablo IP or as loyal of a player base, whereas Blizzard treats their players like shit. It's astonishing, really shameful.
I am of two separate minds when it comes to Diablo Immortal. On one hand, I love the game and hope that it's around for decades. On the other hand, I want to see it go bankrupt because that's precisely what both Blizzard and NetEase have earned and deserve.

I was perfectly enjoying New World 'til my nephew put me on to D.I. I'm thinking about cutting my losses with the dough i've spent and going back to NW. C'mon Blizz, you've taken enough from people... time to give some back before the game starts dying
I've been months saying instead of focused on creating new whale or milking old whale, if they really doesnt want to change a thing about gear reward system, just give us monthly bundle service like goblin double drop event, but this one inclued set item drop. This is mobile game and it supposed to be played like casual player with short duration time. And sadly they confused this with PC games... LOL
the rng socket for green set is the most stupid thing. why not just give us 3 socket fix. wasting our time for grinding set and get 33 but 2 socket wtf is that dev
Been my complaint most recently, most if not all whales have moved on so the decisions they are makikg trying get other people to 8k makes zero sense. Releasing gems that dont work, making older gems pointless, making it harder ro get dups, making it harder to get sellable gems because of red crest. At the end of the day, theres no reward. The only thing that makes sense is they are using predatory capitalism to finance classic and retail. Those games have made significant changes and updates while dtill only charging monthly subscription fees with a smaller player base. Its astonishing just all the things we dont get for all the hard work we do especially for something thats not tangible.
Took me 3.5 months to take my mother’s lament to rank ten to replace a 1* rank ten Torment. The day after I celebrated my achievement they antiquated it. Really liked the game had a great time playing it but now I don’t know man something just feels so off. Warband that was punctual and supportive is now lucky to have three players show up. I’m really confused on the BG matchups Ive been in multiple games now where the dominant team out resonated the losing team by thousands of resonance. The last match like that five of us just went to the way back space and waited out the timer. We had a unkillable barbarian camp in the spawn and just killed everyone as they spawned. More people are signing up and just staying in the spawn waiting the clock to collect rewards and leave without any intention of battling.
Every new addition to the game just adds further separation between whales and low spenders and plenty of low spenders are skipping pvp or just abandoning the game altogether. I just feels like profit maximization now and nothing more. Im 68 years olda not what you would call a hardcore gamer and other than hearts and solitaire this is the only other game I have played. The past week I spent far more time playing those old card games which is a first since I started playing immortal. This coming weekend after I see how the merge goes I will probably station my Tempest in the tavern and log off for the final time, what a ride.
I cannot sell my familiars with good traits for weeks now it's crazy I don't spend much I need some platinum to then give them to someone else by buying from them. Susans ruining it all
Just a few of the things I've been saying since I started playing: 1) Bound/unbound should NOT exist - ALL items should be sellable/give awayable as we choose. 2) NO FEE in marketplace. 3) Fewer currencies, ie just gold! I have piles of useless gold and scrabble for plat; don't even start with orbs and 'special' event currency only bought with real money. 4) REAL rewards (and/or lower cost of upgrades), not just crumbs that feel like real work to attain - this is a game, not a job! Farming should be optional. 5) Secondary gems ranked with character level (as in previous Diablo games) - I should NOT still be getting 'chipped' gems in Inferno difficulties. 6) Shared account stash as in previous Diablo games to pass items between alts. 7) Get rid of plat/market bots. 8) PLAY TEST updates and new game modes; the bugs are ridiculous! 9) Email ANY/ALL unclaimed rewards no matter the source, especially on limited time events that have the wrong dates! (ie Goblin's Plunder... >_>) 10) Either remove RNG altogether or improve the odds - ie, I should NOT get a familiar that is lower quality than any of the 3 that went into making it!
There are many others, including those mentioned in the video (obviously), but this list would go a long way for me.
TLDR; long rant about easy fixes that could and should be done to keep players happy.
Bro Gold Is usefull alot for weapon upgrade don't worry about the gold you'll getting lack of gold problem soon 😂
I have to say.. Blizzard is a part of this game, but so is Netease. I played Lotr: Rise to war before I came back to DI, and that game got ruined BIG time by Netease becuz they only focused on making the game more P2w.
Its a shame.
However I still like DI, despite all these things that are being neglected and what not.
Im very thankful for the clan im in, becuz we are casual players who understands the need of irl stuff. For me, and most in our clan, we enjoy playing together even tho its only for 30 min or an hr maybe a day.
I agree on many of ur points, but I also know, that many other games like this, just isnt as fun and grt as DI, spite everything that needs tweeking. I hope in the future, they will start to listen more to what the majority of us players say. It could make a good/grt game become even greater! 🙏
about immo battle bug. Its not about those skills. A week or so before on some server immo literaly died from 3-4 hits. Battle took a second. I think its a reference to this one :)

The market is dead with the susan bots saturating the market and bringing down the cost of gems and depriving players of the means of earning plats. What blizzard should do is to eliminate any form of botting amd banning them. In addition, they should offer players a chance to convert unwanted 5 star gems to telluric pearls as the probability of getting the gem we need decreases everytime they intro a new gem
I quit yesterday, would sell my acc. if possible. But acc selling is too shady. Don’t wanna waste more time. But the video is 100% true. Few weeks ago did 1000 crest run. The gems I don’t need was sitting on market till yesterday we listed them at min price to help some people. 4 star bottled hope sold for 54 k😂 I am not sure if it would sell over 100 i think game economy is broken 😂 but really guys just be brave and play something else ❤ your time worth more. (Was Playing di since release)

In term of Leggos, they sort it out abit by giving 3 stats eternal per week, but for green? Dungeon is too easy, boring and unrewarding. Fix this!

Just do your dailys, and you earn 300 plat per day. Thats 2.1k per week.

It's really bad what has happened and will it ever get better IMO I don't think so. They did a server merge because there's not many players left in the game and most of the player base left has been buying accounts to win bgs and get to blessed reign if they are immos. In my server I seem to wake up to a new name and bigger wings and when I ask who it is, I get told it's that old name just a new account.
I got back into pvp and I can't lie but if i want to continue playing any sort of pvp it seems like buying a stronk account might be the way. I haven't done so because of my pride but I have no idea how long my pride can take a beating before I quit or join the darkside
Updates never work right..layering is always off..load times suck...drag is horrible...pets are too difficult to atain...tulleric pearls are too hard to get...charms are a crap shoot.....
..and much, much more!
Let us pick our teams in bg! Would make the game so much better! Put a res cap and only players from your server/clan etc it would stop so much frustration. At this point i feel like we are being trolled!

This server merger created a huge problem. Our immortal clan lost to the immortal clan in the old server in terms of immortal points. We lost and became Shadow clans, we didn't complain, but our points didn't translate to Shadow clans points, giving us "zero" points. This will basically kick you out of the top ten shadow clans as well. We're not at the same starting point as other players, and that's really frustrating for us. We are on the East Asia server: Vera, we would be very grateful if you could help report this issue.
d3, d4, DI unrewarding gameplay is their primary flaw and the reason why I still play Diablo 2 as of 2024

I can relate to all the above points of crisism, but tbh, whales can blame it mostly on themselves.
It's beyond insane for "normal" people like us to throw 6 or in some cases even 7 figures at a mobiles game, and not just 1 crazy dude monetarizing on YT-content, but just plain super rich folks who dont give a shit. They basically buy god mode in every aspect ofthe game. Yeah sure, you'd beat them some times in an team efford, or you can outfarm/out-rng them. But the fact of the matter remains, god mode is enabled for 1% of the playerbase. This just pisses off the low/mid spenders. Noticable in cutting down their playtime drastically or even quitting.
Personally, I reduced spending a few month ago from (sometimes a few) 100s to 5 bucks when I realised despite being competitive and doing quite ok in PvP, that to really being able to complete you gotta drop like 20 grand at once and another 2-3 per month to stay in the top tier.
Its just not worth it anymore tbh
BG matchmaking very unreasonable.. my reso 1350, item lvl 23,, Vs player reso 4500 and all item lvl 30.. they waiting us near revive spot..its just one side massacre,, and no surrender bottom
i am 1100 reso players and i have to go against 8 to 10k whales and like you said they Stand near revive spot to instantly kill us again
Your 4.5k player didnt perform then. It happens. But yes, I as 3k feel you when I'm shuffled against 6k+. Its just such a hugh differenz in dmg and suvivability.
You know why cause its way to p2w, game needs ftp as well. Need a balance between f2p and p2w. It’s too one sided. Most ftp quit long ago. I’m dolphin and I knew when to quit long ago when spending didn’t put a dent unless you whaling big time.

Games dieing thats it. I dont think its gonna recover anymore. Market absolute ruined for good, BGS has NEVER Been like this before tempest totally ruined whole bgs and still no nerfs. They making us farm same dificulties over and over again. They made us scrap all 2-5 star gems over The last 2 years and now they ADD resonance system where you could have used all of those you have collected. Thats big scam. Games laggy all time and full of bugs. They update one thing remove 1 Bug they ADD 10 new bugs. This game annoys me i dont enjoy it anymore. Why they had to Make all other classes feel like absolutely useless.. theres no recover from this unless they remove min-max prices, balance all classes so not any class should feel like its weakest and ADD good way to Make platium and orbs for everyone. They so fkin greedy its ridiculous. Iv probably destroyed few million plat worth of 5 stars in The last 2 years and now they ADD this resonance thing for rank5 gems, thats a straight fk you hahha you wasted Ur gems/money for nothing.

You know how they can fix the market? I can tell you they need to set all items at max price. People would buy trust me they will have no other choice.
The issue with that is that nobody has platinum anyway. In order to fix the plat market right now is to literally kill platinum completely and start again.. games f***d lol
I haven't done a single bg / farm in a month. I was at least 3-5 levels above everyone on the server, now I'm 10 below. I haven't spent a single penny in over 2 months and I used to spend in excess of $800-1000 per month. Not a super whale but decent chunk. Fuck Blizzard and fuck netease and fuck all the games they ever produced. ✌️
I quit this game after reaching 1K resonance..time consuming is high ! Battery drain like water ! So many bugs and glitch ! Can't sell anything at market!! Enough is enough !

I contend that 100,000,000 minnows, spending $1US dollars each...
are more valuable than 10,000 whales, spending $10,000US dollars each.
Minnows and F2P players represent, profit potential.
Whales eventually max out their spending, grow bored and go to play elsewhere.
This constant catering to the "haves" ignores the possible spending interests, of the "have nots".
Keep the game interesting for the majority whom play and the profits will take care of themselves.
