That scripture you qoute "render your heart and not your garment" does not apply to dressing rather, God was against false repentance where people were tearing there cloths after being rebuked for their sins. Dressing matters a lot. Read 1 Timothy 2:9-10. Thank you.

And again, once sinners come to church, they must be taught to turn away from their sin..As we accept them, let us make sure we don’t accept the sin, because at the very end if one comes to the church and still continues to fornicate, the purpose of the church is not seen..No sinner encounterd Jesus and continued to live normal..We must turn away..But anyway that is a great lesson.🙏
