Professional Body builders not only use lots of androgens (typically 1000 times normal testosterone) but also even inject insulin to gain more mass. Rich Piana is a good example. Collapsed and died at 46. Autopsy revealed significant heart disease and liver twice normal size. Arnold has had three heart surgeries and a pulmonary valve replaced in 1997.
Most likely, just about all olympic athletes use some level of androgens according to the sport. Just like with football and other sports, the trainers know what will be tested, when and how to cycle off drugs at the proper time.

Hello! Do have plans of making videos about heat and cold treatment effects on longevity? :)

For longevity- Strength training over hypertrophy. Low intense cardio over high intense cardio for 120-140 min a week.

The decision to make is over the intensity and frequency of training. Maintaining muscle, the amount of muscle that gives you the possibilitty of lifting your own bodyweight, (pushing, pulling, and squating are the very basics moves), is a must long term, other wise you will be a breakable old man.

Olympic athletes take whatever drugs they can get away with.

Tho hypertrophy/strength% is affected by diet & exercise, it's largely genetic.

I think it is the lymphatic system comes into play with high jumpers, because of the weightlessness involved........

Bodybuilders' short lives are due more to high calories than protein or drugs.
