I have tried it and its not working i am using s24 ultra my battery is charged to 57% when i started playing real racing 3 game and started usb bypass option my battery percentage where still going up i was using 25w compatible samsung super fast charger

then what about battery protection feature which stops charging when battery reaches to 80 percent ? i use my phone plugged in even after that. the battery percentage doesn't go down but it says charging stopped. what's the deal with that?

You're right, it's weird. But that's how it is. But for example on iPhone when the battery goes down to 75% threshold it starts charging again until it reaches 80%. Two different implementations.

So this completely alters the power source and makes the battery completely unused right? So will there be any demerits on using the feature for long term like damaging the chipset, asking cause gaming time is 4hours average daily
