What's special about the neighborhood in the video is the space of people who lived in Seoul, such as the Japanese occupation of Korea during the Joseon Dynasty and the U.S. military camp after the Korean War, but who could not live in it or lived with it, and found a way to coexist with foreign forces. This is because it is a very different place from other parts of Seoul
