This video is about to how to Update Mercedes Benz Main head unit Comand 2.0 W163 ML 2003
In my case the reference number of the Comand is A 163 820 36 89
I bought the Original Bosch Software-Service CD MY01: W 230 589 00 22 00
The update process took about 40 minutes.
I hope this information will be useful to someone hos wants to update the Comand Unit

What do I do if I don't have the Nav-CD?

Well....I really don't know what to say to you.
I believe that you won't be able to finish upgrade process.
The Nav-disk is obsolete now, maybe you can find it in some torrent websites and than us it.

I do have button to watch TV, but in my car I don't have installed specific module to really watch TV.
You should ask this question to Mercedes official dealer for specifications. After you get them.you can search in internet if someone selling used module.
Because the new one will cost a lot.

After update I haven't noticed any important difference, but the Mercedes official's told me that those updates fixes bugs and errors.
@@docAG I have read that after the update your navigation can show the estimated time of arrival together with map. Can you confirm that?
@@MultiMaitre Hello! Sorry but I can't confirm that. Navigation is very obsolete and I'm using garmin gps.

You can't.
You have to get original installation disk.
Maybe copy of the disk, but it has copy protection.
