Plot Synopsis:
Set 51 years before Katniss Everdeen stepped foot in the arena was Cirrus Quell, the 17-year-old District 7 volunteer for the 23rd Annual Hunger Games. The real reason why the Quarter Quell was created.

This is by far my favorite hunger games fandom I've ever seen!
It took me a long time to understand what the people are saying, it's not very clear sometimes...
But this movie is awesome!
jeeze, this better win some kind of an award or something. like. i'm in love with the main character's development, the story, the executions (in more ways than one sense of the term xD) it's all spot on and well done.

this is really good! lots of people just do their own versions of the 74 hunger games (which i don't mind) but you decided to do something way more unique! and i love it!
It's a little bit more than that given the 50th HG (second quarter quell) had 48 kids in there, so probably 1725 and 75 winners as there were two in the 74th.
There has been supposedly a winner every year through the 75th one, so even the frozen one had a winner. Most people think that was the year Cecilia won as Katniss says she wonders who Cecilia, being very nice, could've possibly won a games.
jadewarlock cecilia could’ve easily killed other tributes using this as her advantage.

there are 2 answers...1) it is not uncommon for people's best selves to emerge when they are in the worst situations. and 2) He is the male lead and the writer LOL

I think maybe his unhinged behavior is concerning them. They can see he’s on the verge of a breakdown, and he’s already proven himself very capable of violence. They’re afraid he’s about to snap and kill them all, so they’re trying to keep him calm.

He’s not crazy, he’s traumatised.

btw 24 kids times 74 years minus the 75 winners = 1701 kids murdered by the time the 75th games begin (roughly cause i think katnis mentioned one year everyone died cause they froze to death)

In part 6 the blue jacket guy finds the camp and the crossbow dude comes and the allies too. They all fight until its cirrus, scout, and blue jacket guy. He grabs a spear and stabs scout and then is about to kill cirrus until scout grabs the crossbow, shoots blue jacket guys armpit and he dies. While scout is dying cirrus gets so mad of the games that he kills himself so no one lives. ( this is not a lie)

Here is my theory during the flash back cirrus sees himself in a suit this cirrus is a alternate version of cirrus who won the games this is why cirrus does what he does in part 6 he doesn't want to become that man
