Down 4 on you own 20, 2 min, no time outs, I take ben EVERY SINGLE TIME. These jags out there up brady or rodgers ass all the time need to go look at his throws. Ben is the best qb in the league. Vs gb with no time lef on the clock down 6 he is standing on the 35 and torpedoes a strike to the back shoulder of mike Wallace 1yd out out of bounds in perfect coverage. Those 97yd tds to juju weren't just slants, vs Denver he 6yds deep in the endzone, man in his face as he's on his back foot, and hits juju in stride 45yds away. They seriously need to look at his all time highlights. It's not receivers making him look good, they are amazing throws to very talented wrs. He puts them in the best place to win. The sb td to Holmes, he was the only one that could catch that ball, any lower it's deflected, higher it's out if bounds.
Ben's QB rating would be so much higher if his receivers didn't drop so damn many balls. Think they had 14 or 15 drops in the past 2 games -- and those were WELL THROWN balls that should be caught.
Nice video, I think Ben is definitely in the MVP conversation. You should look at some James Washington film. He looks like he could be dominant if he was featured.
I wish we could watch games at this angle, I hate they just zoom in on the qb and we can’t see what the receivers are doing unless they’re right by the line of scrimmage
Besides being this century's best play-maker and best football player at the QB position Big Ben is the only QB to EVER accomplish any of the following: (1) Win 9 career games with a passer rating of at least 150.0; (2) Win more than one game with 500+ pass yards and zero INTs and he did it 3 times; (3) Pass for 6 TDs in back to back games; (4) Start more than 50% of the schedule and finish with a minimum of 7.0 pass Y/A in each and every one of his first 15 seasons in the NFL; (5) Start more than 50% of the schedule and finish as a starter with a winning record including at least one 4th Qtr comeback in 13 of his first 15 seasons; (6) Throw 4 TDP of over 90 yards; (7) Beginning with his rookie season, pass or rush for a TD in his first 16 post season starts.
Pittsburgh needs to run the ball...The rest will come contagiously. Oh! Tackle with NOT INTENT TO HURT PEOPLE. BUT WITH INTENT TO PUT THEM IN THE CEMETERY...
I’m a life long Steelers fan. Steelers are undefeated. They never get any respect from the media. Ben is having one of his best years ever, but all the media talks about for “player of the year” is Mahomes and Lamar Jackson. It’s stupid
You can tell great qbs because they have success very young when they have the physical ability and smarts to do good. (Mahomes Brady Big Ben)when they get older the brains get better and the Physical ability goes down so it evens out throughout their long careers
This year is finally the year were the trophy will go to the most valuable player. Russ’ team definitely goes 6-10 at best without him and Big Ben should how valuable he was after going undefeated so far after a terrible season last year. Neither one really need it for legacy but it’s nice to have
The reason Ben has never received credit for his career like he should and never won an MVP is because of the allegations. I don’t think the NFL would want them representing then at the ESPYS. But he’s deserving!
Big Ben has had banged up O line and even some players on the O line weren’t any good. Protection, play calling, lack of TE play since Heeeeeeath. All these were problems that hurt Ben’s play not to mention the injuries he accumulated. Todd Haley blew
Ben is a serious candidate and any fan could argue for him, however, after week 2 entire NFL broadcast teams on Fox, ESPN ,CBS and NBC have corinated Russell Wilson. Just as bad as political fake news. Good Luck Steelers' fans.
He probably had all them picks cause of the egos we used to have on our team so he forced throws to ab martavis and bell when he was receiving, you realize how he just throwing dots to the whole team now n he looks better and rarely throws picks and some half those four picks wasn’t his fault
Great analysis, but I do have to take exception with the false narrative that Ben has been inclined to turn the ball over. People just accept that as true, but it is not. Using lifetime stats from Pro Football Reference, Ben's lifetime pick percentage is 2.6 per 100 attempts. Peyton Manning: 2.7; Dan Marino: 3.0; Joe Montana: 2.6; Steve Young: 2.6; Drew Brees: 2.3; Brett Favre: 3.3; Kurt Warner: 3.1; John Elway; 3.1 Looks to me like Ben's interception percentage compares favorably to most hall of famers.
Ben has become Peyton in some ways. I’ve never seen him play the mental game like he does now. He should definitely be included by the mvp voters. He’s never got an Mvp vote his whole career.
I've been wondering why, for decades, Pittsburgh receivers excel at this team and less so elsewhere. The answer may lie in the subject of this video. Or, just the franchise chemistry?
Big Ben never got the respect he has earned I mean EARN by standing taken super shots nose broken bones broken this guy taken more shots than Ali and like Ali he's taken shots and delivered win after Win two superbowls win..Ben best Qb in Steelers history period..
I think MVP is certainly a possibility. But straight up this goes to show that QB is a position where you don't need to be the greatest physical specimen. You just need to have a high football IQ and have enough physical traits to get the ball where it needs to be. Ben has gotten to the point where there is nothing he hasn't seen anymore and he's got a good group of young WR's. Who funny enough were actual children when he started playing. Lol.
Our defense is going to prevent Ben from getting mvp 9 times out of 10. Our defense holds teams and prevents Ben from having to put up 400-500 yard games, so he's not gonna have the gaudy stats. His best bet is his td/int ratio. If he can keep throwing 3/4 tds a game he has a good shot of winning mvp, especially if the steelers can somehow go 16-0
I think if the Steelers as a whole continue to play like they are now nobody is going to beat them...it’s not always pretty but they be getting it done in the clutch...kudos to the coaches players and organization...and they done it without the likes of Antonio Brown and L Bell.
Ben only turned the ball over so much because he was always forcing passes to AB so he didn’t have a tantrum and because let’s be honest dude was usually open even when double covered
Ben's been such a great qb for so long, but never really got the respect from media,he had great success and years, but never 1 single mvp vote. NOT COOL!!!!
Feel like the whole steelers team has improved this year, yet people only talk about Ben. I think the Steelers would still have a good record like 6-2,7-2 without Ben just cause that defense. Tomlin and his team did a great job at working on things that the ravens suck at and that's what's going to give them the AFC North. Ben's biggest improvement has been taking care of the ball, but I think this is cause he's throwing less deep balls. Just what I've seen, I'm a ravens fan so seen a fair amount of Steelers games this year and that pass rush is deadly. People need to also stfu about players getting old. Yes, Ben missed last year but no one talks about the rest he got instead of playing. He's fresh-ish (for ben) and ready to go, most of these takes saying he's too old are from non-atheletes and people younger than 38!
Go empty the entire game Ben gets Rid of the ball faster than any and is completing about 70 percent no one has the defense to matchup if they do that only injuries can stop them
Aaron Rodgers has way less passing yardage, completions, or trips to the Super Bowl than Big Ben...but the media says Rodgers is far better. Drew Brees has way more career interceptions than Roethlisberger with 2 less trips to the Super Bowl also...but the media says Brees is far better. Peyton Manning has the same number of rings as Roethlisberger with a lower post-season winning percentage than Big Ben...but the media says Peyton is far better. Brady and Belichek were caught repeatedly cheating and suspended for being cheaters, including cheating Big Ben out of a 4th trip to the Super Bowl in the spygating 2004 AFC Championship Game...but the media says Brady is far better. The media says Lamar Jackson is far better who has never even won a playoff game (Ben has won 13). The media says Mahomes is far better who has been to 1 Super Bowl, 2 Pro Bowls, and has won 37 games. To put that into perspective, Ben has been to 3 Super Bowls, 6 Pro Bowls, and has won 167 games (good for 5th all time). The media has a bug up their ass about Ben. His resume is that of an all time great, but they search for ways to marginalize him.

Yeah my bad about that. I had Manning on my mind when it was Rodgers. I forgot about Rodgers because he's only better than Ben in some esoteric areas like TD/INT ratio. Ben is better in virtually every other catagory.
@@jasonmooreplease120 I agree. I was just pointing that out that manning threw a lot over his career also cause he was a gunslinger too!
@@Ruckus-cq4zg Yeah, kind of surprising to realize Peyton threw that many interceptions. I guess he tried to force a lot of balls to Marvin Harrison. Unironically Ben was in a similar situation with Antonio Brown. Having those drama queen receivers come at a price, haha.
We have the Best wide outs RIGHT NOW!!!! ERRRRRBODY BALL'N!!! BIG BEN DOING HIS THING!!!! OUTSTANDING!!!! GO STEELERS...COACH T!!!
Haven’t watched the video yet but I feel like this is a troll from the way y’all talk about us on the podcast
I was proven wrong ... I love the positive Steelers talk Jackson
Big Ben Rocketburner!! He's on fire 🔥!! #SteelerNation love my q.b!! #WeWantNumber7
New subscriber...Enjoyed the vid. Also, I think 1 point that gets overlooked as far as Ben''s efficiency is that 3 of his 4 INT's came in 1 game. Every QB has a bad game here & there, so u take away his 1 bad game so far & he's only thrown 1 INT. Also, the silver lining in that is that Ben threw 3 INT's in 1 game & the Steelers STILL won...Just a few thoughts. Look fwd to future vids. 😉✌#HereWeGoSteelers
3 of his 4 interceptions were tipped also!! The 4th one, I don’t know what Ben was thinking about 🤔
Wrong info but same thing one was stupid other one was arm punt the. There were two tipped passes
I agree with u 100%
Nice video, I think Ben is definitely in the MVP conversation. You should look at some James Washington film. He looks like he could be dominant if he was featured.
I wish we could watch games at this angle, I hate they just zoom in on the qb and we can’t see what the receivers are doing unless they’re right by the line of scrimmage
Dionte is awesome. That’s a reason why iuju will play somewhere else next year. I love juju but we have 3 competent receivers on rookie deals.
Could trade him to get Darnold or Gardner or a corner or safety so :)
Also, 3 of his 4 ints were from one game, the Titans game
Ya and one was a straight up arm punt to the end zone at the end of the period.
Big Ben is the best player on the best team so far. He should be considered in the lead for the MVP award.
Totally agree! Steelers all the way!
Pittsburgh needs to run the ball...The rest will come contagiously. Oh! Tackle with NOT INTENT TO HURT PEOPLE. BUT WITH INTENT TO PUT THEM IN THE CEMETERY...
I say not MVP but comeback player of the year
I’m a life long Steelers fan.
Peyton Manning: 2.7; Dan Marino: 3.0; Joe Montana: 2.6; Steve Young: 2.6; Drew Brees: 2.3; Brett Favre: 3.3; Kurt Warner: 3.1; John Elway; 3.1
Looks to me like Ben's interception percentage compares favorably to most hall of famers.
*afc. Nice video.
give him mvp so he cant takeaway from Alex smiths cpoty
Ben has become Peyton in some ways. I’ve never seen him play the mental game like he does now. He should definitely be included by the mvp voters. He’s never got an Mvp vote his whole career.
I've been wondering why, for decades, Pittsburgh receivers excel at this team and less so elsewhere. The answer may lie in the subject of this video. Or, just the franchise chemistry?
People really don't think Big Ben belongs in MVP conversation. Those people are crazy
The AFC big dog(I’m pretty sure that was just a mistake, but just in case it wasn’t!!!lol)...
Big Ben never got the respect he has earned I mean EARN by standing taken super shots nose broken bones broken this guy taken more shots than Ali and like Ali he's taken shots and delivered win after Win two superbowls win..Ben best Qb in Steelers history period..
Bens always has good receivers cuz been always develops good receivers
The man is literally ad-libing plays based in the situation and they're working great.
😂 as a Steelers fan I know he's playing great. Like definetly a top 5 QB. But as for MVP...
I agree a b he is doing great however it’s only mid point of the season let’s see what happens over the next 4-6 games
@@mbagley3618 it's Ben so he'll only get better. By the end of the year I hope he is recognized as a top 5 QB.
Undefeated and on all sports channel all they talk about is everybody else never Big Ben!!
It’s him or Alex smith for Comeback player of the year (He was injured all last season)
Lol.
He is the only one that will get us to the promise land .
Pittsburgh has always been wide receiver U
11-0 Steelers STILL GOING LETS GOO
He will win the SB..
Retire that night.
Like the Bus did in Detroit.
“The rest of the guys in the **AFC”
These are man to man plays single high safety
Surprisingly, Ben has never received one vote for MVP. Will he this year? Probably not. TJ Watt has a much better chance at DPOY.
He's got 8 weeks, see what he can do, at least he's got comeback player on lock.
9:13, *AFC!
Steelers nation baby! We don’t need the MVP even tho he deserves it, hel take the comeback player of the year and super bowl MVP
Big Ben vs Aaron Rodgers rematch this year !
Ben only turned the ball over so much because he was always forcing passes to AB so he didn’t have a tantrum and because let’s be honest dude was usually open even when double covered
If he gets his stats up and goes 15-1 he will win mvp
You said NFC at the end of the video. Steelers are AFC North. Great video though.
Not just better, but WAY better than Manning, Brady and Rogers! Hands down!!
2:57 why did he run out of bound... should have kept going
because that's how momentum works
He was moving that direction and the defender was swiping at the ball pushing him farther out of bounds

He is a top 5 qb without a doubt he is the only reason this team is 9-0 without him the team is probably around 6-3
What were they without him last year?
@@Elcheecho 8-8
Ben's been such a great qb for so long, but never really got the respect from media,he had great success and years, but never 1 single mvp vote. NOT COOL!!!!
As a Huge Steelers fan since 1993 There is no way Ben should be MVP. They are winning but their O is not what it as been since 2018. D is amazing.
Big Ben is in the AFC not NFC
I dont get how the powers that ne do have the Steelers at #1 in power rankings. They still have the chiefs on top.
a dark horse candidate for sure
I agree w you but Mahomes' career just startted
AFC not NFC
It took Ben 18 years but it finality looks like he gets it.
He would have gotten it sooner if certain receivers were not demanding the ball so much. He was forcing the ball to AB so AB would be happy
He is a first ballot hall of famer...he has always gotten it.
@@claudeciancio1933 Based on what, tell me about his game, that is what he has done on the field of play over his career that backs up your claim?
@@alleyoop66 I don't think I need to tell you anything. He is widely believed to be a first ballot hall of famer. Wouldn't that alone suggest he has "gotten it" for quite some time? Are you contending his career has not been stellar until now?
@@claudeciancio1933 This is a typical Ben game, our offense is very average but great coaching a defense keeps us in the game. Usually we have to comeback in the 4th because we cant score with Ben,then he gets credit for another comeback....It's kinda silly. If we had Rodgers with all of our weapons we would be averaging 40 points a game, altho this is Bens best year so far.
The Seahawks lmao
It’s the team not Ben they should win every year
sucks not having the best wide out in the league..but no team wants to deal with his drama of a 16yr old girl. if steelers an pats get rid of him...even RAIDERS stay away.
