@@thetargaryenbride I think their standards nowadays are a joke. There are a lot of amazing girls, but I still feel it is somehow easier to earn your wings as a VS model than in the old era. When they stop casting Hadids and Kendall, my appreciation would rise a bit. I'm not saying they are not good, Gigi actually has developed a lot, but you can't help thinking why they are there. Some girls are really trying hard and it often feels these famous three girls get everything much easier. That may not be true, maybe they are working harder than we think, but I hope you get what I mean. I've been watching a lot of Behati's earlier interviews and stuff for Victoria's Secret because I recently heard that she's no longer an Angel and that she ended her contract with Victoria's Secret. Honestly, I am not even mad. Bee became part of the brand when they were still good, had the best models, and they still had good products. Nowadays, I feel like Victoria's Secret tries to appeal to younger audiences and their stuff is too teenagy. I'm literally 16, and it doesn't appeal to me, maybe because that's not my style and I like classy, serious stuff more. My point being, Victoria's Secret is loosing the impact they used to have. They used to be the brand everyone wanted a bra, underwear, or perfume from. I'm really gonna miss Behati if the rumors she really left are true. I also heard Lily Aldridge quit a little earlier than Bee; I love all the current girls and they all worked so hard to get where they are, but I think Behati, Candice, Alessandra, and Adriana were the ones that really impacted me. Adriana quit in 2018. Ale quit in 2017. There's rumors circulating that Bee quit in 2019, and honestly is not long before Candice, who is a fan-favorite among the Angels, quits as well.
Franz Sutamtomo all supermodels lost their natural accents all the time. they travel a lot and especially if English is not their mother languages, subconsciously their accents adapt their surroundings.. and after few years they will sound like their surroundings.
I don’t think all supermodels. Indeed they travel all over the world, but the supermodel like Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss or even the Brazilian models such as Adriana Giselle Alessandra still have their own thick accent. Maybe those who get influenced easily and wanting to change the accent.
