Great financial breakdown!
This is very relevant and helpful information! Thank you
Great information, glad it's working for y'all 🤗
All very good points and food for thought!
Good info and much appreciated. Be happy in your journey.
Thank you, very helpful 😊 trying to figure things out.
It is very informative because I'm leaning towards selling my property just because I don't want to deal w repairs, squatters, and so forth. Thanks again
Very informative!
Hi Bobbi,
I will meet you next week at Casa Elm. Are you available the afternoon on 2/6 and 2/7 to show me rentals? Please confirm your rate. I prefer to be relatively close to El Centro (preferably Guadalupe) or to City Market. I head back to CDMX on 2/8.
Thank you for your content.
Thank you
Sara
I can also extend my stay for a more thorough search.
You gotta schedule an appt, ma’am. See her link in the description.

Thanks for sharing, appreciate your objectivity. Just curious, do you pay state and fed income taxes and taxes in Mexico too?
How is taxing in Mexico with homeownership VS. USA after paying off mortgage.
what are people saying and feeling about the impact of the tariffs on the expat community in Mexico? Want to run "to" a new life more than ever (not "run away," abundance and joy mindset, in the midst of this disarray...)
Thank you for your videos. Luv’em. Great ideas and info. I’m just confused on this video. Give me a minute…. You are speaking English, but talking pesos & dollars at same time. Could you explain if the spreadsheet of income/expenses is in Mexican pesos, or USDollars.? It MUST be MxP, or where are you renting a house for 30k..? Though management & repairs seems a good amount for USD. Net income of $7k barely covers your expenses in Mexico, so it isn’t really an income, is it..?
I just found you, of course I must watch more of your videos, but I’m confused here.
Cheers
Thanks for watching. Everything in the spreadsheet is US Dollars. The 7k is still an "income" that offsets our expenses. It's 7k that we don't have to pay out of pocket while still having our mortgage paid. Typically we net over 12k on our rental in AZ which covers are rent expenses in Mexico.
What is that you pay for taxes with that money you’re making from your house?
Obviously if the house has no mortgage then it would be a nice income…if there’s a mortgage then it’s a no brainer, it’s not a full income
