Oliver it’s more often 8 MA than 20 MA all trends up or down. You should change your famous rule - 20 + 200 all the time. It is 8 + 200 and 20 MA sometimes.

This really messed me up trading MS this morning. After large red.. I just knew I was I was going to get follow through.. nope, didn’t happen.
I was so sure, I got up to take a restroom break. When I came back I was wrecked for the day.
Should have moved that stop loss. Another lesson. 🎉
