    My brother and I was in Nuremberg in 1998 while off duty from the U.S. Army and it is so beautiful. I would love to live there!!! The castles are so awesome. We went to many places and Munich was another place, which in this video called them the 2 biggest in Bovaria.

    The Kongresshalle (4.10) where you say the Nazi rallies were held was never actually completed and rallies weren't held there. The rallies were held at the Zeppelinfeld, across (or round) the lake. The grandstand with speakers podium is still there, can be climbed up, and is worth a visit.

    • @ThePlanetD
      @ThePlanetD  2 года назад

      They actually were held there. There are photographs depicting rallies here. Here is a link to the information. museums.nuernberg.de/documentation-center I believe you when you say they were also held at Zeppelinfeld as well, but I know that this is the sight of the The National Socialists held their Party Rallies in Nuremberg from 1933 to 1938. Cheers.

      @@ThePlanetD The congress hall was never finished the courtyard you were in was just an unfinished construction site. The rallys were held across the street at Luitpoldhain which is now a park with Ehrenhalle,but most were held at Zeppelin field because it could accommodate thousands.

    I was born there, I love the video! Probably the most underrated and beautiful city in Germany! Also, Nuremberg is a Franconian city. Franconia is the northern half of Bavaria, but has its own dialect. It's also not as catholic.
