How about a letter of the law the violates the intent of the law? Literally, for example, the Florida guardianship law expresses a literal INTENT, and uses that word. There are further instructions in the law that in many instances violate that intent. Really, the Florida guardianship is about protecting the incapacitated from abuse and exploitation. Yet, the law is used to abuse and exploit not just the incapacitated, but their families. Also in Florida, well-to-do-elderly are Baker Acted (put under "mental health" observation for 3 days) so that professional guardians etc, can get them under guardianship and strip them of their possessions; this is the same guardianship that is supposed to be protecting the incapacitated. There is a law about protecting children from abuse too. But it also is used to abuse children and families, all without due process. We heard about them via the HSLDA in the 1990s. Someone makes a "hot tip," a cop and social worker come to the house and try to take the kids away, and the parents are not even allowed to know what they supposedly did, and they do not get a speedy hearing, and there is no jury either. How serious is that? Taking someone's kids in the name of the law? A law designed to protect kids is doing more to traumatize kids and families than helping. One family had their son taken because of "shaken baby syndrome." It was long and traumatic, but finally it was admitted that a vaccine caused the symptoms.
Love is The Basis of Law, not Rules. I'm not Religious because of this Understanding. Such rules are for children, and rightly so, to keep them safe. Adults should not need this. To be convicted of breaking a law, there are two things that need to alne that is did you break the letter of the law and the spirit of the law if both of these don't aline there is no case.

There are Laws placed that's not put into place for every Nationality. You see them/ read but not truly meant for all the People. Which God see this and happy with what's going on down here on Earth.
