lol I own a GRC and safe to say yes the fl5 wins out the box vs the corolla. That is stock for stock I wonder if the GRC will cone closer with similar size tires instead of the 245s
Do you ever let Tim drive the newer cars. It would be cool to see his reactions as well. Excited to watch the progress and to see it hit the track.
Was going to say the same, would be nice . Was thinking if they will compare with the other type R or GR Corola, and if it will be comparing lap-times or driving against eachother...
I like Dut but yeah he needs to let Tim drive the newer cars I remember from the off road Corolla video he asks “how was your experience” and the guy didn’t even get to drive it lol (unless it was off camera)
i dont think tim is being treated as a partner.. but i think he deserves much more than what he is now.
@@hungryalien I’m not putting Dustin down at all. I think Tim has a dream job that he loves and wouldn’t change it. I just want to hear what he thinks of the upgrades and the new tech with these cars.

Wheel and break package is fire. I get why Honda would ask you to not mention the manufacturer of the wheels, tires and rotors. But I don't quite understand why they would make you blur out the Brembo logo when they're already partnered with them. Either way I'm jelly and the car looks dope. Can't wait to see it on coils to get rid of that wheel gap. #madeittotheend.

CTR looks amazing! Can’t wait to see it lowered an inch or 2 assuming on 3-way adjustable coilovers.
All depends on what class we put the car in for Gridlife and such. They have rule on how adjustable suspension can be in certain classes.
I’d love to see your approach to running the FL5 in (or even your views on running it in). A detailed video on all the features and engineering of the car would be awesome. Just got my Champ White FL5 yesterday and love it but it’s also overwhelming to get through all there is to explore.

I have 264 miles on mine and I cannot imagine any brake set up being that much better. I'm sure it could be a little better, but they are already so good.

Picking up a new car Wednesday (2020 si) I almost bought an 11th gen si in this exact color, it was sooooo nice. Didn’t get it because I’m obsessed with the look of the 10th gens. Congrats tho Dut 👌🏾
I hope Hondas check is a big one having to go through that much trouble covering/not mentioning any other brand. I can see some things, but the Brembos are wild. They put those on the cars themselves, and then use it on marketing as a premium feature. Lol

The new setup looks awesome! I know it must have been tough to have done this video without at least saying/showing the name brand at some point. With that said, I think it's awesome that Honda sponsored all of this and still allowed you to do modifications. I had wondered if they were going to be strict and only allow you to do available Honda upgrade parts. Can't wait to see what all is ahead!
I love this series! I was so excited about this FL5 series, I knew it would be FL5 since you announced the secret car series! Love the mods! My small suggestion, It would be nice if you let people know that the FL5 in stock form is capable of track work and mods are not absolutely necessary.

I really enjoy mine! The fl5 and fk8 are both incredible cars but I must say I like my fl5 a bit more than my fk8!! I am so excited to see what you have in store for your fl5 build! It would h e been great to get a baseline lap time as a stock car. See how big of a difference the brakes made and then the tyres.
Not a huge fan of the 11th gen Civics, but I'm excited to see what you do with the FL5. Maybe one day I'll get back to one of the 10th gens. Either Si coupe or FK8.
