For me, it's Midnight Blue Citrus and Twisted Peppermint with a returning favorite in Gingham Love!
My favorite release this year wad Cozy Vanilla Bourbon by far! And I think an old favorite Vanilla Bean Noel was especially good this year!
Tutti Dolci Golden Honey and praline and then Among the clouds.

Great picks! I loved Midnight Blue Citrus for 2023 as well as Firecracker Pop! I would love to see how you break down packaging for your scent journal if you would like to share. Sounds like a fun way to keep fragrance memories! 👍😊
This was such a great idea for a video, I hope you do one each January! My favorite release from last year probably is Together Weather. Right now I am using Spiced Gingerbread Swirl, and it was a favorite during the last months of last year as well.

My go to scent is always snowflakes and cashmere! I get compliments on it wherever I go! A new body care scent I loved this year was emerald mist! I definitely stocked up! Midnight blue citrus was really good too!

My favorite overall is probably Capari Costal Citrus and my fav 2023 new release would probably be leaves bodycare I’m a sucker for the candle and fall so putting it on makes me so happy!
I used mostly Fireside Flurries, Bonfire Bash, and Sunrise Woods in the fall/winter. In the spring/summer, it was At The Beach, Emerald Mist, and Fresh Jungle Rain.
My favorite that I used that was not a 2023 release is probably Buttercups & Berry Bellini. I was using it during spring and couldn’t stop wearing it during the summer. I am down the last quarter of my bottle of FFM and my body cream is getting very low as well. 🍓
My favorite new release of 2023 is very much a toss up between Iced Lemon Pound Cake 🍋 and Northern Brights 🎄. Both scents have very big dents in them and that isn’t something that is all that common for me.
This was a great video Melissa and wonderful scents you highlighted as well! I’m not sure if you have it, but Pink Watermelon Blast (2022 release) is the same scent as Groovy Watermelon. Probably not that important, but if you have Pink Watermelon Blast you have a backup of one of your new favorite scents! 🍉

My favorite scent of last year would have to be Among the Clouds & for an older one Bonfire Bash. It's my ride or die scent. 💙

My favourite older scent I used this year is a tie between blueberry sugar pancakes and coconut candy apple. They need to bring CCA back because I need a backup set. My favourite newer release was fresh coconut & cotton, I don’t normally like the fresher scents but this one smelled great on me this summer and I got a lot of compliments.
Northern Brights🌲 is perfect for January, I don't see myself putting it away anytime soon.(2nd Place for 2023)
First Place goes to Satin Slippers🩰, I just adore a good rose scent. And she is soft and delicate, so feminine.
Ballet Nights🦢 had me swooning over an ultra sophisticated creamy tonka and plum scent.
Last, Pink Suede🎀 was my favorite returning fragrance.
I miss Mango Mandarin! I really want it to come back for SAS. That and Coconut Lime Verbena are the scents I miss the most currently.

My absolute favorite BBW'S scent of 2023 was Golden Berry Mistletoe, my Favorite new release in 2023 from BBW was also Golden Berry Mistletoe 😅😂 - Noticing a pattern here. For older fragrances or re - releases it would probably be Snowflakes and Cashmere.
Yay for Golden Berry Mistletoe! I was super pleased with that release as well! There were so many repackages this Winter/Christmas, so it was definitely an appreciated fragrance and I loved it! I wore it to a Christmas party and felt so festive and fancy! 🤎
@@MelissaC me as well, I wore it to all my holiday outings and festivities. I've already almost gone through 1 FFM, 1 cream and 1 body wash ( it's pretty light on the dry down , my one complaint about the scent ) - But I've got 3 FFM left, 3 lotions, 2 creams and 2 body wash. I went a little wild since we may never see it again. Like the beloved Bright Lemon Snowdrop, also in my top 5 BBW scents of all time...

Iced Lemon Poundcake is coming back! 🤞There was a release guide for Spring and it's set (allegedly) to come back Spring 3, which I read would be after Easter in every line (body care, candle, wallflower, hand soap). Hopefully, you can try it this year! 🍋🍰

My all time BBW favourite scents are Midnight Ambient Glow, Beach Nights and Wrapped in Vanilla, nothing in 2023 really intrigued me that much but the new Sweetheart Cherry seems fabulous and I have high expectations I will fall in love with this scent ! I really enjoyed this year’s summer collection, I was so happy they brought back sunset glow!❤️ I bought poolside cabana only for the adorable packaging but I ended up loving and enjoying the scent! I agree with you it kinda smells like key lime pie lol. I didn’t really like the sparkling orange spritz. This year’s holiday collection was average for me 😅 I definitely think they should have brought back christmas cookies I really miss it
Hands down my favorite new release is a tie between Iced Lemon Pound Cake and Sweet Petal Pound Cake (the vibes are totally different so it depends on the occasion). My favorite re-release was probably Strawberry Snowflakes! I liked Bright Christmas Morning a lot last year, but this year I pulled it back out and didn't appreciate how PRETTY this is. My coworker smelled mine and I kid you not, she had me pick up 4 of the sprays on Body Care Day and then another 6 when they hit 75% off. My manager is just a couple of years older than me, I'm 32 and he's 37, and he had me go get a set for his daughter for Christmas. He said it smelled like the fruit snacks from when we were young and he's so right. She's 18, my coworker is 39, honestly it works so well on both of them. I never ever appreciated it before now and I'm glad they brought this one back!!
My fav scent this year was prob iced lemon poundcake! So yummy! 😊 Also really enjoyed using leaves! I used it all fall and they Christmas and still may use it. It's just very holiday scented to me so was perfect ❤
Agreed, those were some of my enjoyed fragrances released in 2023 also! Especially Leaves!! 🍁🍂🍃

Just a few of my faves from this year were Iced Lemon Poundcake, Cozy Vanilla Bourbon(I think the shower gel is in my top 3 fave shower gels of all time!), poolside cabana, and Pumpkin cupcake. I swear I can use pumpkin cupcake all year long! Only at night though in the heat of Summer 😂

I love Bright Lemon Snowdrop and Key West Coconut Water. Unfortunately I used up the last I had in '22. 😢 My favorites I wore this year were Strawberry Snowflakes, Coconut Pineapple, and Iced Lemon Pound Cake. I really like Meet Me in Miami, but I haven't really worn it yet because it's not wintery for me. Thanks for the video. I enjoyed watching your faves of the yr.
It sounds like we have similar taste in fragrance, I enjoy those scents too! Coconut Pineapple is definitely high up there for me! 🥥🍍
Happy New Year! The weather is similar where I'am. It's still cold here up here up until April a lot of the time. Hard to choose....For me it was Sunrise Woods and Whipped Coconut Milkshake.

@@MelissaC Yes, so far so good with 2024. Hope yours is going well. Besides those two I'm enjoying Vanilla Bean Noel and Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte. Formulas were indeed improved. I have been layering Whipped Coconut Milkshake with Jolly Gingerbread Village to sweeten it up. At first I was not sure with Jolly Gingerbread Village, but it's starting to grow on me and it's something I can work with.
I have more Firecracker Pop than I know what to do with and I intentionally saved the 2022 packaging as my backup and flew through the new one (that's the opposite of what I try to do). The packaging was just so pretty and I took the cap with the stars off from last year and use it on that old one. They should have done THAT packaging!!!
My face scents not from this year would have to be coconut cream pie, bonfire bash and sunset glow ( I couldn't pick just one) and then from this year wrapped in vanilla and fresh vanilla blossoms are tied

New favorite is probably Poolside Cabana. Favorite older scent would either be Snowflakes & Cashmere (used last January) or Perfect Peony (used in May).
I bought a bunch of new in 2023 scents that I plan to use this year, so I'm curious to see which ones end up being favorites.
Happy New Year Melissa! Wow I did not realize it until you had me reflecting on 2023 but I don't think I liked or bought a darn thing new in 2023😂. I seriously hated everything. The new Gingham line. Luminous, the ballet collection etc... I just bought and stocked up on the classics. Oh dear. Hope 2024 is better for me lol! I used Tutti Fruity Candy, At The Beach, Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte and Fall in Bloom the most. The only new frag I liked and used this year was Golden Berry Mistletoe. You had some great choices in your list Melissa. 🛁🫧🧴
Wasn't Groovy Watermelon a repackage of Pink Watermelon Blast....
Oh, you know, it might've been! I wanted to get Pink Watermelon Blast when it came out but my store never got any...or it sold out before I got to it! 😩 So I never got to sniff! 😅🍉
@@MelissaC I think Queen of the Girl Geeks said that it's a repackage, I mean BBW will market it as new, but it might be a previously released scent with new packaging and a new name 😄 / Like the Ballet Collection.
