I remember seeing that Uniroyal Ferris Wheel at the World's Fair in New York as a kid. My brother even had a toy model where the wheel would spin. It's good to see that some of the fair was preserved. There's a dinosaur from one of the exhibits at the Brookfield Zoo near me.
Memphis is so excited with the deep snow lol. Its nice to see her all spunky. And the fact Greg put on Kira's short leash even though she comes inside for him. Everyone's excited for Jess to be home, while Eleanor takes out the camera.
We're just thawing out from a snowstorm here in TN. About 6-7 inches. The past couple of winter we've had here got me thinking I need to get a snow blower like Jamie's. LOL 😅

Love Mts too. Our last stay in AZ was Marana right by the Catalina Mts, Gorgeous but coyotes roam that area, watch your dogs. Here in Albuquerque NM the Sandia Mts are beautiful and with snow ❄ on them fantastic 👏. Red Wings fan, I'm Islanders and Keith likes LA Kings. The snow drifts look so Cool haven't seen snow drifts since growing up on Long Island. I remember on a bad snowy day, school was closed Yay!! but we had to shovel out of those snow drifts. Of course, I live in Missouri and am a Blues fan. Going to the games are so much fun and the people are so much different from any other sport (we go to baseball games, too). It's crazy how many people are making a return trip during this last snow storm we had. My uncle and I came back from a trip to New Orleans and we had to make the dangerous ride from Chicago in a coach bus and the roads were so bad the bus got stuck for a short time in Southern Wisconsin. The roads were really bad by the time we got a ride from the bus stop to home.
We have been in a deep freeze here in Georgia for several days. But no snow. All that snow you have is amazing. I have never seen that much before. I would be hibernating inside. Glad you guys won in the hockey game.

We definitely had a series of blizzards. We drifted to my knees and we have plenty of snow here in Omaha. I drove home many a night saying where is the road? Jess, why it took less time to fly east...sometimes pilot akmes up time in the air if conditions allow, but Also, the Jet streams flow from west to east so that (if you talk to nearly any flock of birds, (wink!) will make flying west to east shorter than east to west flights. Yes, the city of Dearborn, which is right next to Detroit. Dearborn residents are Americans primarily of European or Middle Eastern ancestry. I think they migrated mainly from Lebanon, but I could be wrong. I had a lot of friends that lived there when I grew up in Detroit.
