    mannn pro OW looks so fun i wish i was better than plat

    • @LukenszMk
      @LukenszMk 13 дней назад +3

      There's plenty of plat teams! Biggest issue is that sometimes scrims are scuffed because there's also many smurf teams just looking to dunk on weaker players, but I've had a lot of fun playing and trying to improve as a plat.

    At 7:11 can you explain how ace "overextended" bc he didn't even move from where he was. Im just trying to understand

    • @OcieZero
      @OcieZero  14 дней назад +7

      Ah yeah sure! Overextending doesn't just mean going in too far, it can also mean staying in too long. In this case, he stayed in a very aggressive position while his backline played to bait an engage on point. If his backline were further up and planned to take an earlier fight his positioning would be fine, but he can't stay up there because of where Raymomo and Palee are located. The reason why SGY can play forward is because Tracer can play angles that most other heroes can't due to her mobility, Genji can be caught out much easier.
      TLDR: Ace needed to dash away sooner because 99Divine weren't set up for an aggressive fight. Thus Ace overextended by staying too long.

      @OcieZero amazing explanation thank you! I'd understand if I never even played ow. So basically the position was ok up until his team pushed back and couldn't support him in that position

    i wonder why i don't see more genjis just deflecting and looking at the haz or one of their teammates while in the ult. wouldn't that be super good? i basically do it all the time, and i feel like it's good because the enemy hazard now can't follow up on any kills.
    like at 19:52 doux doesn't have to look up to deflect the ult, you can look straight ahead and still deflect it, and if you look straight ahead at the hazard, he gets rooted.
    plz it would be so epic if doux did that

      I already tested this a bunch.
      As long as you look at an enemy at the same level or above you ( The enemy can be a little below you, 25-30 degrees I think) and your deflect is within 90 degrees of where the hazard started the ult, you should be able to hit anyone you look at from any range. though I am not sure if it's a projectile or hitscan when deflected. aiming it at hazard is always a safe bet (because of big hitbox).
      on top of suzu, kiri tp, amp, genji dash, haz leap, the enemy hazard literally can't downpour without getting rooted himself (or one of his teammates) or everyone running away. I love holding hazards ult hostage with just an 8 second cooldown. i'll try to get one of the very few genji content creators left to make a short video of it. If not i'll do it.
