    Great, one of the main things I've learnt over the years from your videos is how many songs use this same blues boogie. I now have a real appreciation of all the great songs which use some variation on this riff. It's all about the feel!

    I absolutely love how you switch from Malcolm to Angus so seamlessly. I have learned from many of your videos, but this is the one I keep coming back to, hahaha. Can you talk a little about your equipment? Are you using a Marshall stack, or a pedal like the Rockett .45? Your sound strikes a great balance between Angus and Malcolm, and you're not muddying it up with too much gain. All in all this is a brilliant video.

    You have done this song great justice. Your absolutely a very gifted guitar player. You nailed this perfectly|!! I have been watching your previous channel and this one. There a lesson in themselves. Loved this dearly!!! I am and ACDC fan through and through!

    Since your on an AC/DC kick, can you do the 17 minute version of Let There Be Rock, Live at River Plate, lol, I crack myself up sometimes.

    Your a god, love your videos man, I've learned a lot, but more then that you've inspired to keep playing purely for the love it. So much of youtube is just a money making, ego licking shit storm. Your channel is a breathe of fresh air. Dont change a thing - much love from Sydney Australia.

    This isn't the version I'm used to (from Let There Be Rock - I believe was the album this track was on. I used to play this on guitar too in times past - yet I played it a bit different to the way you do here. Excellently played of coarse - as always Mr James !! Cheers and Bye For Now. Rx

    You have what every1 would like. Unlimited time, strings, picks, axes, amps, greenbacks(both kinds, $ & $peakers) tubes, understanding family members and all of us. How many TBs full of all your material. How bout originals? Or all covers? TY 4 sharing. I've learned a few tricks x 100000 from your vids.

      I sat down and figured it out. There’s no trick to it, just a matter of putting in the time.

    Another nice choice/cover JJ! When PT covered AC/DC with the Marshall did he EVER use a OD for anything? I like the pure tone of just guitar-Marshall and Echoplex but haven't tried Java Booost(treble booster) or Marshall Guv'nor pedal yet with that rig! I have a Way Huge CamelToe for my Deluxe Reverb cause if it's good enough for Tom Petty and Mike Campbell, I mean c'mon!!

    • @jamesjames9275
      @jamesjames9275  7 лет назад

      Bruce Wayne PT didn't own any distortion pedals.

      Thanks for the reply! That says a lot about the versatility of the guitars and amp! And the great player behind it as well!

      Tune your E string to what you hear at 37 seconds, then tune the rest of the strings from there.
