Hello! The pump you used is not a pro pump. I see two problems. The first you have already figured out, you were inserting the pump too high and damaging the self sealing valve, which made the air leak out. The second problem is that since the pump is not PRO grade, the motor heats up and makes the air hot inside the balloon. Physics 101, when the balloon gets at normal temperature or under a/c the air inside the balloon contracts making it look deflated. I work for a balloon manufacturing company for over 15 years. Get your pumps from conwin, borosino, lagenda or use an air compresor with a foil balloon gun from conwin. That way you won't stretch out the valve.
Thank you so much, we purchased the "Premium Balloon Accessories Foil Pro Inflator" and wow does it make a difference! And that's so cool that you work for a balloon manufacturing company!! I'm curious on your opinion of which balloon brand is best?
Get a "package sealer" and hit all 3 edges while its flat... The leak may not be at the opening. It will make your balloons smaller if you go too far in ... Buttt you can use all thsoe as base ballons...
The pump you're using is damaging the seal/valve inside the balloons. Hand pump them or invest in a foil balloon inflator. They're not cheap but well worth it.
Thank you! That is exactly what the issue was. We decided to invest in a foil balloon inflator to avoid this issue going forward. It worked amazingly!!
Part 2 is out!! Were we able to make it happen?? Did they stay inflated? Find out here!

Gracias gracias gracias I have to do something like that soon and thank God I have the Leyenda and other foil inflators
What do u use for square balloon stand?
Hi! We use the balloon stands with a flexible pole
Get a "package sealer" and hit all 3 edges while its flat... The leak may not be at the opening. It will make your balloons smaller if you go too far in ... Buttt you can use all thsoe as base ballons...
How did you attach the poles with the zip ties to the balloons? Can you Please do a tutorial?
That's a great idea for a tutorial! I believe they attached a mylar hook to some of the balloons and then zip tied them from there!
I personally hand pump all foil balloons.
On a bad day, I’ll use the machine until about 60% filled then finish with hand pump.
That seems like the overall method everyone recommends. We will have to try it out. Hopefully, it works so we aren't wasting balloons. Thank you!

You have been ruining the valves yourselves. The air is leaking from the valves. Use a low pressure pump
Will do! We would of never guessed the issue was the balloon pump! Grateful for you and everyone helping us! 😄
Sometimes fans helps inflate ballon’s well cool air
I've never heart of that, interesting! We will keep that in mind! 😄
It keeps them inflated in air
thank you!! ☺
Use a hand pump not that stupid high pressure pink pump
Got it! We will have to go the hand pump method going forward with the foil balloons 📝☺
your also way over inflating
We ended up finding the solution, a foil inflator!
