Did anyone notice that Jhopes solo is very much Hope on the Street style? Honestly BTS has their style of choreography, but when Jhope is by himself and he gets to do his own thing, his style is so beautifully obvious and I'm so glad he got to bring in his genuine Hope on the Street style into an official performance 😊😊

I don't think a lot of people understand what J-Hope just did for his performance. He did the Pop genre and to perform that on stage is such a risk. You don't see those performances on tv a lot. Those happen on the streets. Just because he makes it look "easy" doesn't mean it is easy for others.
@Chochoya It's a risk because as a hip hop dancer, he only needs a natural sense of rhythm and practice, rather than formal training, to become skilled in the style. J-Hope has absolutely no fear when it comes to dancing. I respect him for that.

When at the academy, the teachers said that there wasn't really anything left to teach him because he already mastered it (from being an underground street dancer). Just loads upon loads of practice J-Hope was left doing.

Jungkook's become such a good dancer! He's really perfected his own style. What I find really interesting is that his style of dance seems to be a really cool halfway point between Jimin's fluid contemporary dance and Hoseok's beat hit popping. He's grown up learning from the two after all, they must have had some effect on his dancing. His dancing is so graceful but he also has the ability to hit each beat cleanly. Idk man, I'm not a dancer but I see a lot of Jimin and Hobi's teaching in JK.
same thoughts, i've always felt jk's dance style as the middle ground of jm's and jh's...i mean jk has mentioned before that his personality seemed like the combination of all his hyungs, it would make a whole lot of sense if that happened to his dance style too; but regardless of that, it's great that he found his own individualistic style in which he does so well!

I'm no dance expert but I have seen a lot of dancing in my life, live or otherwise and I have to jump in with comments about Hobi that he's one of the best technical and versatile dancers I have ever seen. The attention to detail is always blowing my mind every time.
To people asking, they fixed Hobi’s part because in the first upload the music was not in-sync with the video reducing the effect of his complex technical moves to each particular sound of the music. I did not expect this re-upload after all the millions of views. It is nice and fair they fixed it after his stage was too dark and the camera work did not give him justice to his performance to then having BH uploading a not in-sync practice video for him. So yeah... Edit: I know a lot of people underestimated his performance that day because of the bad camera work and darkness. What he did is very technical and difficult and needed to be seen closer for the rapid movements and precise details of every part of his body. It is not simple/easy as many people may think (although Hoseok has the ability to make things look easy and effortless when he dance). He also did several different styles in his performance in 1 minute (such as Popping, Tutting- difficult form of dance with your fingers, Robot, Animation, Strobing, Acrobatics). EXTREMELY TALENTED DANCER! I hope that many people see that despite not being familiar/experienced with his Dance genera/styles. Slick movements! Precision! He literally has control of every single part of his body! Isolation, versatility! Add superb coordination with the team with him. Astonishing!

I'm no dance expert but I have seen a lot of dancing in my life, live or otherwise and I have to jump in with comments about Hobi that he's one of the best technical and versatile dancers I have ever seen. The attention to detail is always blowing my mind every time.

To people asking, they fixed Hobi’s part because in the first upload the music was not in-sync with the video reducing the effect of his complex technical moves to each particular sound of the music. I did not expect this re-upload after all the millions of views. It is nice and fair they fixed it after his stage was too dark and the camera work did not give him justice to his performance to then having BH uploading a not in-sync practice video for him. So yeah...
Edit: I know a lot of people underestimated his performance that day because of the bad camera work and darkness. What he did is very technical and difficult and needed to be seen closer for the rapid movements and precise details of every part of his body. It is not simple/easy as many people may think (although Hoseok has the ability to make things look easy and effortless when he dance). He also did several different styles in his performance in 1 minute (such as Popping, Tutting- difficult form of dance with your fingers, Robot, Animation, Strobing, Acrobatics).
EXTREMELY TALENTED DANCER! I hope that many people see that despite not being familiar/experienced with his Dance genera/styles. Slick movements! Precision! He literally has control of every single part of his body! Isolation, versatility! Add superb coordination with the team with him. Astonishing!
