It sometimes depends on pre-order benefits, where things are in stock, and shipping costs though. For japanese releases, I mostly buy from www.hmv.co.jp/en/ It might be hard to get the older ones but you can always try twitter, facebook, ig or even ebay. Just make sure the seller can be trusted!
