We already do! It's called human mothers' breast milk.
This is about greed and capitalism, where the unhealthy unnatural food products with GMO's and God knows what else, are being sold to make billions at the expense of making people obese and sick with several health issues, and the medical and pharmaceutical imdustry who are literally joined at the hip, to enrich themselves at the expense of our health.

All babies should receive their mother's milk and not a cow's milk that is made for cows.

Adding sugar might mean more fat babies. And could bring on sugar diabetes. Sugar is in most foods in America you wouldn't think it would be in. Breast milk is better for babies if the mom have no problems feeding this way.
Guys, receiving sugar in the milk is for a reason. The reason to give sugar to babies is a way to control them from the beginning. Sugar is like a drug and makes adult addicted, so imagine how giving sugar to babies could do!!!???
