You know the story how Bangalore in inidaa became capital of the scaaamming call centre in the world?? ... here is the piece of history. .. in late 80's when world wide web got invented all the then rising tech companies like Autodesk, Adobe, Microsoft, Sisco, etc. lobbied to the state department that it'd be multi trillion dollar industry within 10 years & state department in the USA envisioned the IT boom & it needed some cheap labor for coding who had have some kinda' English writing skills. .. so the Regan administration considered South Asia since it was once a British colony & had cheap labor. .. in 1988 during that time it just happened that then Secretary of commerce Calvin William Verity Jr was visiting Bangladesh for opening ceremony of the new USA embassy building, & to be at a signings ceremony between Bangladesh petroleum & Chevron to start extracting Gas & minerals in the Bay of Bengal & a ready made garments so, naturally after his visit the state department ask him what they had to do to get some cheap white collar labor from South Asia initially they were thinking about Pakstan since Pakstan was USA ally .. but Secretary Calvin William Verity Jr instantly recommended Bangladesh. .. for Bangladeshi's work ethics & hard labor .. & he mentioned this tiny country is the future leader of the world economy in next fifty years. .. the state department employee took note & passed it forward & along the way that name "BNGLADESH" spelled wrongly by dumb state department dude & it became "BANGALORE" .. dumb person thought it was same place. .. they thought Bangalore was part of Bangladesh. .. so they dismantled USSR got indiaa out of the soviet block & then started training people in Bangalore instead of Bangladesh. .. back then Bangladesh got deal with the USA & Europe to export RMG & 30 years fast forward Bangladesh is 2nd largest RMG manufacturer in the world. .. & one Bangladeshi Muslim Jawed Karim changed the whole world by founding youtube. .. just think had that state department dumb employee didn't misspelled Bangladesh with Bangalore where this world would be right now & how many youtube we'd have now. .. & 30 years fast forward & nothing has changed in inidaa like the indiaans still squatt in the street every morning in Bangalore, people dies in starvation, famine, extremismm, no start up .. nothing. .. instead of founding any ground breaking industry the supa' power:2020 become worst scaammerr in the world who are very good at scammmiing old peole for single mistake of misspelling of a person at the state department who was having a bad day at office due to the soaring relation with his wifee.

Actually CHINA'S SHENZHEN AND INDIA'S BANGLORE were competing for that " silicon valley of the east " tag and shenzhen was and still is kinda ahead but now with the current chinese administration putting huge curbs on the chinese tech and IT industry it feels like Banglore would win the race..
The companies that most effected by the curbs are Internet related companies that are known to create huge uncontrollable valuation. But in other area of technology China especially companies in Shenzhen are unaffected. There are many hardware technology companies in Shenzhen have successfully attract funding.
@@浦和-f5y Economically Shenzhen has a great advantage over Bengaluru. Bangalore is a software location. It is not a silicon fab center unlike the silicon valley in USA where they have several silicon chip fabs and manufacturing centers like intel, AMD etc. So, why is Bangalore called silicon valley ?

Since Bangalore airport is faraway from the City. Even the IT industries are concentrating on expanding there. City is growing massively. No doubt that this city brings India bright future with all name and fame soon in the future.
Bangalore is ahead no noubt compared to other cities. But city definitely have tough competition from other cities.
Next NCR Noida.. Hyderabad.. pune.. Ahmedabad..will give good competitions..
This competition is always better for India and at international level too.

Ever heard of Pune, Hyderabad, Noida and Gurugram.

Currently bangaluru is the fastest growing tech city in the world
India just added 8 unicorns after the start of 2022
And most of them germinated from bangalore as alone 🇮🇳
Currently India 🇮🇳 have more than +60,000 (60k) registered Startups...
Besides Bengaluru (Bangalore), we have Hyderabad too who I believe will rival Bangalore in the years to come, also you can add Pune, kochi to that list. All those aforementioned cities are emerging giants in the field of IT, Bt and nanotechnology.
Those are yet to compete Bengaluru. But Delhi-NCR is a close second.
Bangalore is a software location. It is not a silicon fab center unlike the silicon valley in USA where they have several silicon chip fabs and manufacturing centers like intel, AMD etc.
So, why is Bangalore called silicon valley ?
We feel connected through software expertise.
Silicon Valley doesn't have to directly refer to as in the element Silicon. Silicon in this sense refers to computers and IT
All the tech giants like intel and amd do have their r&d centre based in bangalore and india contributes to 20%of the worlds r&d requirements.
It's also called *silicon plateau* here in India cz it's situated on deccan plateau.

Yup. The poorest mobile phone users of India managed to wipe off 200 billion dollars from Facebook /Metaverse.
