How would you find a needle in a haystack? 🧐
Use a magnet 😉
Light the haystack on fire and come back to it later.
I believe that we must first decide how much the haystack is worth in comparison to the needle. Which one is more crucial?
For instance, if the needle is more vital, it might be best to burn the entire haystack, leaving only the needle behind (provided the needle is made of steel, in which case it won't melt when burned in the haystack fire).
If not, we may use a metal detector to search the area or the magnet method to draw the needle. Uncertain whether it will pick up something so little
If not, try the traditional hand-searching technique.
When I go to an interview, this is a question I always get. We have xx applicants applying for the same post; why should we hire you? What is so unique about that we cant find on other people?
I can think of 4 ways:
1. Magnet
2. Burn the haystack which leaves the needle.
3. Put the stack into a tank of water and stir it till the needle sinks.
4. Similar to the 3 but drop in small amounts of it in front of a low speed fan, where the speed is enough to blow the hay away but not the needle. And so the needle would fall in front of the fan.
the real question is WHO THE HELL KEEPS PUTTING NEEDLES IN A HAYSTACK
Even though Sew and Fikah were mostly messing around, I can see why Sew got the highest mark. Her charisma, positive energy and creativity really shines through. If I were the interviewer, I’d hire her 😂

Brilliant skit - so funny putting creative people who obviously have never given a second thought to finance in an interview for a finance job. Just died laughing at Jereld's "I'm great at thinking on my ....ummm...legs" and Fikah's "I can't deal with numerals...ok accounts receivables". Interviewer did a great job at keeping a straight face through the interview. Fikah's 'What are you having for lunch?" - think I will steal for my next interview when they ask me if I have any questions.
Sew & Pikah's interviews really represent their chaotic energy 😂 in comparison to Hafiz & Jereld and Chiara & Gladys. the interviewer was really a good sport in handling them

It’s refreshing to see that Sew got the highest score though she was entirely being her interesting/unserious self in the interview. Goes to show that ingenuity is an attractive trait to employers.
