Quality Of Life Upgrade! (Speedometer overlay) 3000GT Build!

Decided to give the late 90's GT a upgrade with a new speedometer overlay! it's definitely going to liven up the cab in the car and make it more modern while still giving it that old school JDM feel :) also added on a quick update of the red 3kgt! also ready for the motor swap!
