Rescuing A Dying Ficus Bonsai

Here I am trying to save a dying bonsai. It's a ficus benjamina that has some root rot. I'm trimming off the dying leaves and roots, as well as repotting it in better soil to try and save it. Subscribe to find out what happens to this tree!

In which time of the year did you done this?

I think I did this a few days before the video was released, so late fall or early winter. I don't know if it's necessarily a good time to repot ficus trees, but I was able to get away with it because we have mild winters here (USDA zone 10b). The tree is still alive and well, making a nice recovery by the way.
