    i have been working in the NICU as a new grad for about a month now. i’m so glad i found a content creator that makes nicu specific content. ty for your advice and sharing resources, it really eases some of my new grad anxiety!!

    Thank you for this video!! I just accepted a graduate nurse position in a level 3 NICU and I’m so excited to start in a few weeks! I’ve been working in adult cardiology for a few months and have not been loving it. Can’t wait to live out my dream in the NICU ✨👶🏼✨

    I just accepted my dream job as a new grad nurse in a level IV NICU & I couldn’t be more excited!! Thank you so much for all of your videos :) I’ve been binge watching them for the past couple weeks & they’re incredibly helpful

    I was little curious as I found out NICU tends to hire Rn who are younger (below 27? or not a mom herself ) . Why?
