Thank you for this video!! I just accepted a graduate nurse position in a level 3 NICU and I’m so excited to start in a few weeks! I’ve been working in adult cardiology for a few months and have not been loving it. Can’t wait to live out my dream in the NICU ✨👶🏼✨
i have been working in the NICU as a new grad for about a month now. i’m so glad i found a content creator that makes nicu specific content. ty for your advice and sharing resources, it really eases some of my new grad anxiety!!
I’m considering becoming a nurse specifically so that I can work in the nicu. I was a nicu mom with my twins and the nurses were angels on earth for us. I’m currently a massage therapist, and I love it, but it takes a toll on my body and is not sustainable for earning the income my family needs. I’m binging your videos as I discern my path!
I just accepted my dream job as a new grad nurse in a level IV NICU & I couldn’t be more excited!! Thank you so much for all of your videos :) I’ve been binge watching them for the past couple weeks & they’re incredibly helpful

I was little curious as I found out NICU tends to hire Rn who are younger (below 27? or not a mom herself ) . Why?
Interview tomorrow NICU journey
Good luck!!
