You should have covered Misery mod, such a great way of presenting a more challenging game with new weapons and items. I hope they make one for S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 but idkf if the mod team is well funded enough
I got the trilogy! Loved it for the first half and just couldn’t get used to it unfortunately but going back after playing stalker 2(didn’t finish yet). It felt like I was already used to playing these games that I missed out on when I was younger. I’m very grateful
I would recommend for new STALKER's to go for original trilogy 1st (but start from Clear Sky not Call of Chornobyl), then to Anomaly, and then to GAMMA. And after finish this list, launch GAMMA again on the maximum difficulty and try to play for all 9 factions reaching Invictus achievement. Also if you will love Factions war in CS, I recommend to try some Factions war mods like Great War, or the one Anomaly has in itself. That can help you to stack with stalker for months or even years.
Nothing much since A-life is broken. When I player stalker or gamma, the main story was just a side activity for me. The most fun was interacting with A-life in the wilderness and having your actions actually mean something. Not so with this iteration and why to me it's only a stalker game in name only.
I finished Stalker 2 ;but thought it was boring, repetitive and overall garbage. Not sure why the game is so overrated by people. Enemy factions look too similar, mutant design is lame and the weapon customization is super basic.
