pcq: switching into a 4-3-3 attack formation would fit your barca team very well since it fits their playstyle and you could produce more goals while playing with a 4-3-3 attack formation. also with that, you could play bernardo, pedri and de jong at the same time on positions and if you ever wanna use kessie, you could always switch back into the normal formation u use.

im pretty sure you have to have a keeper on the bench i think it automatically replaces a player on the bench for a keeper

Pcq: add Ortego to the bench when winning by a big margin, to increase his confidence and sky rocket his rating instead of bringing him on when you need to score. ( being on the bench increases his morale and rating slowly.)
PCQ: You forgot to change Bernardo Silva's kit number, switch De Jong to no.6, since you have him in a more defensive position right now, Foyth to no.20 and give Bernardo no.21, it suits him well

Pcq: Give inaki Peña some game time, as good as ter stegen has been, I still think you should try out Peña in some of the important games just like you’re giving chances to otero
PCQ: Have a look at a CM called De La Cruz, he’s a Uruguayan midfielder that has decent potential and is nearing his prime!
PCQ: Even though you converted him into a CDM, you should loan Eric Garcìa out and bring in an experienced CDM to compete with Kessie - Rodri could be a good one - seeing as Frenkie de Jong isn't always reliable in that spot.
PCQ: To make the series more realistic, you can use instructions like Fati can’t play more then 3 matches in a row. As we know he’s injury prone, so he has to get rest after playing 3 games in a row which will more chances to Torres to play.

PCQ: For your youth scouts, I have 3 countries in mind that make sense for Barça. Since you already did Spain, Portugal would be good, and also some South American countries like Brazil and Argentina
PCQ: I don't see the reason to signing Silva cause he plays as a CAM and your formation doesn't have CAM. So to fit him in you'd have to sacrifice Kessie and Garcia

PCQ: The reason your academy GK reduced in potential overall is because you put him on a development plan, you should only choose a development plan after promoting them

PCQ: Put regular development plans on De Jong. He can easily become 92 rated if you put regular plans on him. And pedri as he increased by +5 for me in 1 season.

You can sign Joshua Kimmich with Player Transfer of Kessie alongside as, Kessie is Unhappy here also, it would help De Jong Perform Better at RM Position alongside Pedri at Left
This would also help Garcia, Gavi and Others to get play time in less important games

But I would prefer Fede Valverde over Toni Kroos because he is younger and has higher potential and Toni's overall will dip. You can also sign Nicolo Barella. You should give Franck Kessie a chance again and put a development plan on him, He's one of the best cdms in fifa 23 or You can do one more thing you can change your formation to 4-3-3(attacking) which has CAM and sign someone like Sancho or Dybala who was the hero of Everton Career Mode.

Pcq : you might want to consider changing ferran for rafael leao ,if not just sign leao and send ferran on loan, barca had their eyes on him for a while , he links up perfect with barca's team

I recommend Reece James for the right back position. I also think Jaun Foyth isn't good enough for Barcelona in general.
