In my opinion, the devs just forgot how the fuck they make an ability for the current combat system, mainly every single jjk ability. If you go in the 1v1 gamemode and pick any ability made before the summer update, and you face someone using any jjk ability, you're just going to get destroyed. These abilities do not fit the combat system at all which makes them overpowered and make them overshadow every other single ability in the game.

ever since from the newest patch they introduced, making skull crusher ragdoll/knockback properly and no longer combo extend, you're able to do the inf combo in only 2 ways now - have bypassing trait or spiritual trait: for bypassing - same combo and stats as in this video. for spiritual - not sure about stats, but now you need to land black flash on the grab move as well)

You see the problem is the devs only really balance things that have to do with 1v1s. They've decided that main game isn't balanced and have sort of embraced that. I still don't really see that as being a reason to let infinite combos remain, just because traits like ryoiki/hex ryoiki can avoid them, or because Yuji himself can avoid them, doesn't mean that they should exist. I'm personally fine with the state of combat as far as main game goes, as long as infinite combos are no longer a thing, since those quite literally prevent you from playing the game. I'm fortunate enough to have Hex Ryoikis to deal with that issue, but not everyone is as fortunate as me (considering how rare hex ryoiki is). TLDR; The devs shouldn't allow infinite combos into the game just because there are traits designed to counter them. Infinite combos are literally game breaking.

The cooldowns would then have to be killed because of Overflowing reducing your cooldowns by a wild amount They'd have to make like one of these moves have a 15.5% slower cooldown
Increase meter gain and reduce cooldowns (up to 25 points) For certain specs it also boosts the active time of awakenings or time stops or domains In this case, he uses 175 special to generate enough meter to keep the combo going
Unfortunately this combo would never work there are countless times where a person can just dash out and if ur fighting gear 5 you just gotta pray they don't got conquerors and armament
Pretty pathetic attempt to fix your own game, it even made testers look like game journalists. On a side note, bypassing is busted since day one but everyone would just skip it over legendary/mythic traits which is absurd.

I’ve been rocking bypassing standless since trait update because my luck sucks, and it is viable enough to wall combo bosses to oblivion. Good content nonetheless, soji!
