I laughed so hard when you said you guys were the opposite of ASMR. Funny story for you. I used to listen to Jojo Locatelli on the 1.25 speed setting. I watched one of hers and forgot to turn it back to normal before I started one of yours once 😮 It was jarring and I loved it 😂
So happy to see you again and thankful that your Gran is ok now. I have been missing you and your sister conversation. I have been knitting your Sister shawl and 4 pair of Comfort and Joy sock/slippers in various gauges. Thank you for your great patterns.
I'm knitting the Cozy Quilt Socks simultaneously and a little bit each month in red and white, to be finished for November - December. I'm also knitting another pair of socks with Rose Hill varigated yarn and knitting Zigzagular Socks, free pattern, which are just what you described...a bit of a pattern down one side that shows up very well on varigated yarn. Funny that you all are doing kids Tin Can sweaters at the same time, without planning it sounded like.
Tuques are just hats ;) us Canadians use them both, sometimes beanie too, but those are usually a tight fitting short hat with no brim (I think anyway)
I can seldom catch live video while they are live, but I remember when I use to watch recordings of live videos that the live comments would be displayed also, so I could at least follow along with the interaction between vlogger and commenter. I thought it was a setting that the publisher of the video could set, but now I never see those comments, so perhaps it is something that changed with RUclips.
Jamie was talking about being the oldest sister, then gaining two older SILs when she got married. The same with me. There are about 18 and 20 years between me and my sisters-in-love. (6.5 year age gap between my husband and I, and my husband and 9 and 12 years younger than both his brothers. My one SIL is older than my oldest BIL.) I feel like the baby now, but so thankful for the family that I gained when I married my husband
oh wow!!!! and yes, there's a big age gap between my SIL too... The oldest is almost the same age as our mom! (10 years difference between by hubby and I and he's the baby of the family🤣) I love not being the oldest anymore!! lol
I've got a couple colours of the Fisherman's Wool, I think I'll need to use it for a Winter Woods, your's is so nice. I'll need to see about yarn shop recommendations out your way in the summertime...I'll be flying out for my stepson's wedding. I think their new house is in Stony Plain, but the wedding is in Spruce Grove 🤔

You should teach all of us the differences between hats. I am only familiar with hats no tuque, or whatever else you call them
