I purchased and used these last week. Same color way. I agree with everything you said. The shoe looks great! They do run big and feel heavy but for training it works out great. I’ve had Nike Hyper Kos and Reebok boxing shoes and I do like these over those.
Thank you for the review. I'm looking for my first boxing shoes, and everytime I look for a review on RUclips, you're always there. Keep up the good work my man!
I wear a size 11.5 and when I ordered an 11 I had so much room around the toes that it made pivoting very hard so I went down to a 10 and it was a perfect fit. A little tight at first but when they broke in they fit perfectly
I ordered a pair in 11 and they’re excellent width wise but there’s probably a full inch to an inch of space at the toes. Very awkward to skip with. The 10s work for you? Wondering to exchange mine here.
Thanks for the video man! Thinking bout getting these for my first pair of boxing shoes. 150$ is reasonable since I highly believe you get what you pay for. I feel since I am 5’10 250 lbs the durability on these would be great. And of course the extra weight would be great to help with conditioning and getting back into shape. Enjoy the videos and all the reviews you do keep up the great work!
Alrighty I bought and exchanged mine (wide foot). Here my $0.02 on sizing. I’m a size 11 2e shoe in regular shoes (grocery store, work, etc). In my marathon training I was sized and told to go with 11.5 2e because my foot would swell during longer distances (shoes worked out great). Ordered these shoes in an 11 but like Carlos says, I was surprised to find them too big (about 1.5 inches left in the toe). Exchanged for size 10 and have them on my feet right now. The toe is fine (about 0.5-0.75 inches) and I’m finding the width slightly more snug but not snug enough to panic or feel off about them. My pinky toe isn’t rubbing against the outside. Hope this insight helps. I still need to break them in, but so far so good on going down a size. Update: on first wear, the shoes had a hard plastic piece on the tip of a thread digging into my toe and I worried it’d cause blistering. Took a chance and wore them to sparring and after a 2-hour session, they felt amazing.
Thanks for the review. I’ve been thinking about getting these for a few months now and just couldn’t pull the trigger. It’s good to know that I can wear these everyday thought since I do a bit of cross training before or after boxing sometimes. The sole should work well for me with kettlebell work, Plyometrics or just overall functional training. I think I’ll snag them now.
Hello all, I purchased same color, thanks for the video review mate it helped, the website says to go one size down but I followed your advice the shoe runs true to size with 0.5 cm in length large at least for me, I am size US 9, narrow feet. Ok I use it for box + hiit alternating workout. My experience: I will give you all one alternative hope it helps There is brand called no bull and they don't pay me so i am not advertising lol, i have a mid top shoe that i had been using, i like it, I feel that no bull superfabric shoe are more stable at least for my workout pattern But I was getting some heel pain so I wanted to try a boxing shoe Hayabusa shoe sole is soft, the two insole are soft too, so makes sense in ring i guess, the mid shoe is loose fit, it does not hold your feet stable, the brand need to fix it, but the ankle support is good. Anyway I like the shoe so I bought athletes foot insole and put that in between the two soft insoles that came with shoe, there is enough space, it feels more stable now. Try it if it helps Cheers
Awesome review. Much appreciated. I work at a gym that most work is done on a concrete floor so the knees are not a fan of my nikes I have been using. Also have wider feet Hoping to get some good cushion with some ankle support. Would you suggest these or the PIVT? or is there another pair I should be checking out? Thanks!
hey carlo, this comment is not related to the vid but i just want to ask. what gloves would you recommend that has a broken in feel to it. similar to everlast mx2 or old school gloves.
Hey brutha, would these shoes benefit someone with wide feet? I have the pro boxing hayabusas but I’m getting pretty bad blisters. I love the brand and I want to stick with it.

Could you mention a toe cap for shoes when you review them? Having a nice tie cap helps protect your toes when we're practicing double-unders.
Was waiting on this review. Thank you brotha. 🙏🏽
No problem 👍
I love the colorway and design of these. Thank you for your review!

Hi there, good review!
Would you personally choose these or the Yammy's for general boxing training and sparring?
Cheers.

Would you consider the Talon’s better than the Hayabusa Pro boxing shoe?

@@csquaredboxing I did watch that video previously. Would the Hayabusa Talon fall under the wide feet category?
Can you review their new strike boxing shoes please?
Coming soon
They look dope but are they heavier than the Everlast Elites? I consider that a heavy shoe.
Yes they’re heavier than the elites
Just got these in. I went a full size down and still too big 😂. Might have to double up on socks or something
