    Listening to you reminds us to be self aware and conscious. I think that is the most needed thing in this era. We all are surrounded by so much content which clouded our real self what we are. We are running on a dark night here and there injuring ourselves. we should lit up that conscious light in us so we can watch our steps. Enemy of our lives are mobile and social media. If we sit just 15 min without doing anything in our room.. we start feeling fomo and lonely. we are not less than drug addicted. We lost connection with nature , families and our true nature of humans. We are becoming replicas of what we are being served on social media and OTT.

    खूप छान माहिती सांगितली सर, तुम्ही तुमच्या नावाप्रमाणेच लोकांचे हित जाणता. मन हे जगण्याचे. मूळ आहे. त्याची काळजी कशी घ्यायची हे सोप्या शब्दात सांगितले.कारण अध्यात्मतले वैराग्य सारखे जड शब्द पटकन कळत नाही. पण तुम्ही सोप्या शब्दात माहिती सांगता. त्यामुळे विषय लवकर समजतो. खूप खूप धन्यवाद आणि अनेक उत्तम आशीर्वाद.

      जी हाँ, निर्जीव वास्तु पर गुस्सा निकालने से ऊर्जा मुक्त हो जाती है और शांति का अनुभव होता है।
      कभी कभी यह ठीक है, परन्तु अगर ऊर्जा का उत्तम उपयोग करना है तो ऊर्जा को निर्जीव वस्तुओं पर खर्च करने की बजाय, उसे अवेयरनेस में कन्वर्ट करना ज्यादा फायदेमंद है।
      इसके लिए जब भी कोई इमोशन जगे तो शरीर में उसकी उपस्थिति को अनुभव करते हुए बिना कुछ किये, शरीर को ढीला रख कर जागे रहने से वह इमोशन की ऊर्जा अवेयरनेस में कन्वर्ट हो जाती है

    I don't know what should I say to you and for this video I was destressed and feeling low but when I was hearing your voice I was calculating what is the thing due to which I am so destressed now and in reality this is that bad which is giving me this much headache when I was thinking about that thing I found that I am feeling normal now I don't know how does this happen but one thing I know this has occurred during listening you.
