Jennie Reed Community School Playground | Northwest Playground

Northwest Playground is honored to partner with Metro Parks Tacoma and Tacoma Public Schools to bring this vibrant playground to the students at Jennie Reed Elementary and the local community.
The play area includes two playground structures-one for school-age children and the other for kindergarteners. Additionally, there is a swing area and two hill slides that meet near the spinner. A unique feature is the custom jaguar, which is the school mascot, designed by ID Sculpture.
This amazing transformation was made possible through the incredible collaboration of our key partners: Trust for Public Land, Metro Parks Tacoma, Tacoma Public Schools, Playworld, ID Sculpture, and ForeverLawn.
