Loved it. Nothing can beat the peacock hues and you brought out those colors in your work brilliantly. The feathers in the end added more beauty to the whole piece. Absolutely love it.
Im completely in awe how you do these. All those details and shades that go perfectly together. Im also wondering how long it takes you to prepare all the tiny strips. Beautiful work and thank you for sharing :)
Thank you R. Kay :) This was one of my first quilling projects and it really took a lot of time. ~8h to make the peacock and some more hours to cut the paper strips :) I have done another peacock after 1 year. That one took 20h. You can watch the video on my channel. I'm sure you will love it 😊
This was one of my first projects and I used 130gsm for the body part and 80gsm for the feathers but I would recommend you to use 200-300gsm for the body. You can use 80-130gsm for the feathers. I made another peacock after one year. I highly recommend you to watch it on my channel. There is a big improvement and a much better quilling technique :)
Unfortunately this was one of my first videos. There are no audio instructions in this video. But I gave the measurements of the paper strips which are needed for the tail. You can ask me your questions. I try to answer them 😊

It is really amazing, thanks for the tutorial. I like to know if you are you using 130gr for all parts?

@@AbisArtwork thank you so much. I will also look at the other one you made!
Es precioso, me encanta.
Soy artesana en España y quería preguntarte, te molestaría que lo hiciera yo para comercializarlos? Estoy en España.
Hi Carmen,
you can make this quilling artwork and sell it. It is OK for me :)
Thank you for asking 😊
Muchísimas gracias!!
Do you have a way to share the instructions?
