Just get a Akai LPD8 which has 8 pads on it ($60)or a Akai MPD218 that has 12 pads on it. ($120) To use samples from an Akai controller in OBS, you need to first load your desired samples into the Akai device. Then set up an audio output source in OBS that is routed to your Akai device's audio interface, allowing you to trigger the samples on the Akai pads and have them appear in your OBS stream as a live audio source.
The beat skipped? I don't think I've seen anyone else mention this, and I can't pick it out since I have really bad rhythm. Shout out to you for catching that.

After multiple watches, I have come to regard the initial freestyle, with the super hype trio, as better than the finale that I think many people like more. And it was just the intro. I would go further and say the third and fourth freestyles are also way better than anything after that, minus the crowd energy.

This 2 minute video he posted yesterday is straight forward but I spent the entire time staring at the screen wondering how this is even possible. He's actually done it before but this was way more technical drumming imo. Keep in mind my opinion could be wrong, im just a fan.
