friends from this video , i have found one new thing about focus and cocentration
that is
"We can not focus on a system ,but we can focus on a single task " in both the games he said to calculate the no. of times the ball jumps(a single quantity(jump) not entire balls action) , in this case we can focus on the jumps ,🚧but if he said to focus on the system of balls action(colour ,shape change etc) then we will focus randomly and ends up by distraction ,
(for example) so if you are doing meditation , instead of focusing on breathing(system) you can focus on a single task like counting breathe in /out or how many times your stomach compresses or expands . These focusing techniques increases your focus drastically !!!! 👍👍👍👍
