I thought Erik completed this challenge. He biked for 12 plus hours to burn 10k cal and then consumed 10k cal afterwards. He was trying to consume 10k WHILE biking but had to eat 10k cal after the ride. Way to go for perseverance!! You are absolutely right. We have become too comfortable.

I think the key with this challenge is to do high intensity workouts. They will burn calories much faster than long runs/walks/jumping rope. Extremely impressive to do the way you did it!!
