- Just a quick video showing off our new Smart Fortwo car
It is a 1.0 liter engine with a 3 cylinder engine. Producing 70 HP and gives us 33 mpg. Great little car to buy, a lot of fun around town, and also its very affordable. I bought it for city driving, but it also works very well on the highway.

Is this car available in India? What it price?
I love these type of cars and also the company. Could you market these in India. This should save us from parking problems, also fuel consumption. Why would I need to travel in a four seated car when I'm the one who uses my car for my official purpose when most of the time I only travel. These should be marketed around the world , perfect replacement for aged people ( 40+ ), differently abed people and those prefer having a car instead of bike.I don't see this segment is yet opened by Indian Car manufacturers, so why not invest in India.

Anyway I'd like to re engineer an 3/4,000watt electric engine and disconnect the transmission and simply leave it open for what ever velocity i choose!! Can it be done..since its only got a 1000cc engine size in it ...shouldn't be too hard to adapt a powerful electrical engine plus use the back storage area panels for all the batteries you'll need to go at least 90/100 miles on a single charge.however...if space permitted...would be better to build an electrical alternator/generator so that the batteries would be in (low charging mode) while operating this vehicle.
Maybe actually put a much larger electrical motor in it like maybe 6,800watt engine so there would be plenty of power for Big inclines

All the 2009 Rally Red's did that. Nothing we can do, I started peeling mine off
Apparently it was a factory issue with the finish and should have been covered under a recall.

In the UK 5th gear TV car show ran one of these at 70 yes 70 mph head on into a concrete barrier and they could still open the driver's door. It is built around a safety shell. I have no problem driving my Brabus bersion at 70+.

I had a 09 it was yellow/black it was a great little car.it is good for the city/ interstate hwys, but if you live on a dirt road it will beat you to death!not made for a dirt rd.but it is the safest car on the road today,it has a race car roll cage that will keep you safe up to 70mhp and there is no other car on the road that can compare to that! I love mine and I wish I had another one!
