Every time I remember Vanilla, I listen and get some kind of therapeutic effect, light, bright, high. From Russia with love.

Primarily enjoy Dreams and Nana pt 2, but the pads on Never Forget and the swing by the guitar in Summer Nights keeps my head bobbing. Not to mention his masterful sampling and remix of Do For Love. Vanilla once again embodies mysticism and dream-like sounds and tones to create stimuli so majestic you'd play it just to know it still exists.
Dreams would not stop playing in my head for two days the last time I actually, truly enjoyed life. Suffice to say this album has made an impact on me mentally, whether I realized it or not.

"Heres to Life" by Shirley Horn is the original. When i heard the notes kick in, instantly brought me back to my childhood listening to this cd with my grandma. Feal pleasant surprise that. Glad to see the song getting carried forward in time
