Don't mistake status for success 💪🏽
Every excellent teacher is a perpetual student. There are always new insights to have, more transformational information to discover. It's all about humility. I have been disappointed by coaching programs I have invested in with coaches who had their own success but who were unable to transmit it to others. They used their status to market their programs but the results were not there even for clients who showed up and did the work. Such an insightful video and I am not even halfway through it yet.
I'm reading this amazing book Think Again by Adam Grant, he mentions the Dunning-Kruger effect, the "mount stupid" after the acquisition of a little knowledge there's a surge in confidence, and some get stuck there...I immediately can see the connection to what you're advising, thank you Mr Myron
