For example, if I hire someone to design my yard online, does the company require to provide the service as their website's promise. Can they being Nicky to have a line in your receipt to states they are offering less than their website (public) promise.

+Dinuka Malith Camtasia is what I use. It's very flexible and easy to use, although not the cheapest software out there.
