I have a strong feeling that a plot twist is coming.. something like, - MC is the mastermind all this time, - that dumb detective is the real villain.., As dumb as both sound, it is really easy to just say that and prove it too.. Maybe MC saw something changing his ideology and decided that he has to kill the criminals but also find a loop hole to not be arrested.. so he could keep solving cases.. or make it a reason for killing villain, Or maybe villain is as lunatic and proud of his intelligence as MC so, he wanted to be around MC seeing him helpless and struggling to investigate while being unable to catch the culprits alive.. but MC was smarter so he wanted to show his weakness and let the villain loose his vigilance.. (See, and now I can't oversee any of these endings..) And why do I suspect MC because he said his aim with a gun is really bad.. and it is the only thing he got bad grades in academy.. For someone so brilliant, he never tried to overcome his weakness which could have a use someday.. something tells me it is like a loop hole he left just to get himself out when he has no other way (like when he noticed that the academy's professor is involved he can't use a half aced way, so try to ise this.. fatal flaw.. Something like I know everything but can't drive, so if I am ever found in a car accident then I am framed.. And why do I suspect that dumb detective because common.. if everyone thinks he is not fit for the job, while having the job.. and also he is neither changed nor terminated.. it feels something wrong,
