茹でてから焼くので、固くなったり味が落ちたりしないのですか？？
余分な脂で焦げてしまうので、茹でてある程度脂を落とした方が、火も綺麗に入って美味しくできる気がします！（あくまで素人意見ですが・・・）もし気になるようであれば、片栗粉とかまぶしてから茹でると、良いかもしれません！ぜひやってみてください♪
