Cerise Hood is a character/doll on the show, Ever After High. You can also buy her in the doll form all all sorts of stores! Cerise is known to be Little Red Riding Hood's daughter and also known to be super mysterious and independent. I love her outfit that I purchased everything from target! She has a cool white/yellow streak in her hair that makes her unique and different from all the other dolls in Ever After High. All makeup I used is completely versatile and I recommend using what you have to the best of your ability to create the best look you can!
