Fuck no! Studio is the sterilization of music. Live with audience or don't record it.
@@ArbitraryLifestyle I think that's a pretty narrow take on music. There's lots of pretty good studio produced music. On a side note, The way theo, vulfpeck, and cory wong record and mix their concerts are pretty similar to them recording in a studio, its just that its live with no retakes, and the recording captures the natural sound and reverb of what the place is along with the audience. On another side note, I think Theo, vulfpeck, and cory's studio produced songs arent sterilized at all

Theo has the most unassuming vocal range. Blows me away every time
vocal range goes in two directions. how low can he go is the question? besides always higher than the original to some ears can also be annoying. i think there‘s more variation in the original in terms of voice.

That guitar solo @2:26 is just sick. People need to know that being able to sing what you are playing simultaneously is something difficult to achieve.
I actually sound like this (or something like it) in my head while soloing. Really helps with disconnecting muscle memory and improvising freely.
no disrespect to Theo but he's scatting while playing the guitar --- it is literally the easiest way to sing and play an instrument at the same time. your fingers are mimicking your voice -- so the brain is essentially sending a single signal to both muscles (voice & finger). It's tougher when you're singing in a different rhythm and playing in a different rhythm. I know - I play bass and for the love of me can't sing normally while playing.
@@TBONEcomedy "the fingers mimic the voice" if one is very good, ie: George Benson, but most people including this guy, the voice is mimicing the fingers.
I call mine Reading Voice. It never stops audiating music melodies in my head. Theo scat/solo is tapped into that flo
