Souris Valley Model Railroad Association's HUGE N-Scale Layout: Scenes & Cab Ride.

At The Railroad Museum of Minot, in downtown Minot, North Dakota, located in the basement is a large multi room N scale model railroad layout based off the Dakotas. With over 1,000 feet of mainline track, this is one of the largest N scale layouts anywhere! Some of this layout is still under construction.

Saw this layout in person last winter, it is in the railroad museum building. Great folk that are super friendly and accommodating. It is well worth a trip to Minot for a railfan!

What a fantastic & detailed (not to say expensive) set up. It must cost a fortune in electricity alone to run it. BRAVO!!!!!!!

The camera is a Replay XD1080 Mini. They are no longer made.

I believe the geographical location of Minot, ND is located in the Souris Valley; hence the name.
